I don't know why this mall attracts so many rude people. The parking lot is extremely dangerous with drivers staring at the stores to ensure they are parking close to their destination, other cars race through at high speeds completely ignoring pedestrians. I suggest if you have children to pick them up if they are smaller or do not let go of them until you make it to the mall sidewalks. I am routinely run into, pushed, or forced off the sidewalk because a vast majority of shoppers were raised in barns and either do not watch where they are walking, or simply do not care. Every week some store is being moved to a different location or is being removed. They were renovating last year but other than a few seating areas and new parking lot paint not much has changed. The food court is an absolute joke, 4 choices that I would never eat. It's actually pretty common for us to plan our meal AWAY from the mall because the food served is questionable at best. This used to be an amazing place to wander around and find good deals, and the surrounding area is growing and improving, but I find it very difficult to force myself to go any longer. It's very disappointing and a little sad that it has...
Read moreWent into this store looking for certain pieces of clothing. My brother- in-law (Vietnamese)was leaning (not sitting)against a solid wood clothing display table. This one sales lady who was clearly in a bad mood decided it was her sole job to come over and rudely raise her voice telling him to get off. I understand she didn’t want anything broken , but only a few minutes later, a male(white) was messing around with one of his friends and fell on a sign nearly breaking it. The sales lady didn’t say anything even though she witnessed them clearly not caring about the stores furniture or products. Plus the cherry on top of this situation ,she was following him around the store acting as if he was stealing even though he was just pushing his child in a stroller waiting for us to be done shopping. That’s when I understood she was being slightly racist towards my brother- in-law. Again I understand she was doing her job , but there was absolutely no reason why she needed to raise her voice at him and creepily follow him around the store. Especially when there was other customers in the store who were intentionally damaging...

The Micheal Kors store was worse we went in my wife already had a Kors bag on we got followed around one worker even said five feet away from us to watch them so that upset my wife and she bought two bags and a wallet just to show them. Then we went in to Carters and didn't think it could but yes it was worse me my seven year old son and four year old daughter got followed around by a worker my wife got stocked by another worker we paid for my daughter's shoes and still got followed out of the door.
