RH Outlet Castle Rock — Attraction in Castle Rock

There is absolutely no way I would ever consider buying anything for my house from this place. My girlfriend warned me at how expensive everything was, but I was so amazed at how rediculous and outrageous the prices are on the (mediocre quality, at best) furniture and simple home accessories. $1800 FOR A PICNIC TABLE that looked like it was built out of driftwood?!?! The prices are so insane that I was walking around the store just bursting into laughter at every single price tag I looked at. It was truly unbelievable. If anybody tells you this is a reasonable place to shop and that they got a "good deal", they're lying. I would actually laugh at the suckers that buy from this store. $800 for a bean bag??? LMAOO Atleast it was entertaining! Thanks for the laugh Restoration...

Called on Saturday to see if they had the Monastery coffee table available and the girl on the phone said she was really busy she couldn't check for me, that it would take a very long time. Well I ended up driving there from Westminster to Castle Rock to check myself and they hardly had any coffee tables so it literally would have taken her 2 minutes to check. If she would know the merchandise she could have told me right away without even checking. There was 2 girls on the counter, neither of them ever left that area to help any customers. They just stood behind the counter talking the whole time. I was there for about 30 minutes and I honestly don't think they even notice what was happening around them. Well that was a complete waste of my time, drove all the way there...

Can I give less than 1 star? I’ve been into this outlet three times. We generally shop at the regular Restoration Hardware store in the Cherry Creek Mall, but this outlet is closer to our home now. Every time I’ve come in, the customer service is HORRIFIC. I am a shopper. I love buying things. Every time I’ve entered this store, I’ve not been greeted, sales girls avoid questions, and they’re exceptionally rude when addressed as if it’s very inconvenient to do their job. I go in intending to spend money and the sales people have made that impossible to do successfully. Whoever the manager is should be embarrassed that they’re hiring the people they are. After tonight, I won’t be coming back in ever again. Worth the drive to go literally...
