The North Face Outlets at Castle Rock — Attraction in Castle Rock

I came to this north face outlet store this past weekend. The store ran great promotions, however, if you wear XS, Small, or even medium size, you almost won’t find anything. There were 2-3 Chinese people doing live broadcasting to potential buyers from China and they got pretty much all smaller sized clothes. The store manager doesn’t care about it because I’m guessing the sales number looks pretty good. However for regular buyers like you and me, this sucks and I’m extremely unhappy from this visit, especially I’m visiting from out of town. Ok- so went in Friday morning to purchase a jacket for a birthday gift. Noticed that the guy at register didn’t run the jacket through the magnetic sensor deactivator, so I asked him to do it.( I’ve bought jackets here before and they leave the sensor on!!) Was wrapping it to give to my sister today and the guy still left the sensor on! He deactivated it but it’s still on the jacket!!!! Thank goodness I noticed before giving it & that I wasn’t ringing at the other stores I shopped!! Not going there again- totally incompetent cashier. Last Saturday we went shopping for some items, and the team member left the security tag on one of the pants we bought. When I called them to see if they could remove the security tag at the Lakewood store since I live in Golden, they told me they could do it as long as we have the receipt and the tag, and because I threw away the receipt the store refused to remove the security tag. and they also told me that it doesn't matter if I went to their store, they wouldn't remove the security tag.
