Very good vegan pizza. The Pizza Cart menu has ''The Vegan'' and ''Veggie Lovers'' options listed. If you want vegan cheese, be sure to specifically request it because it is not listed on the menu, but it is available. ''The Vegan'' pretty much includes all the vegetable offerings except mushrooms. I ordered this minus the onions and bell peppers. It was REALLY GOOD! The crust was light and delicious, the vegan cheese flavor was good (cuz sometimes those vegan cheeses can taste odd), and the toppings were tasty. I was a little hesitant about having cucumbers on my pizza, but they actually tasted great. Another person in our group ordered the gluten-free cauliflower crust. It was so good, she had to double-check with the staff that it was actually gluten-free. She said it was the best cauliflower crust she'd ever had. All five of the people in our group enjoyed their pizza. There's a gelato bar inside which had one dairy-free sorbet option - mango flavor (I think) which was very good too. Overall, it's a great place to go if you can't get the rest of your party to go vegan with you. There are 8-10 outdoor dining tables available. The restaurant is located just a bit off the freeway, in the Providence Towne Center, next to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

Love The Pizza Cart! Always a family favorite. Delicious pizza, great little shop. It can be on the slow side but is worth the wait.

Wow! What a HIDDEN GEM 💎 My husband and I were staying nearby and decided to stop by this place randomly. We were surprised by the incredible service and beautiful atmosphere. We sat at the bar and Lizzie immediately greeted us and had a conversation with us the entire time. Her skills on the oven were impressive, she’s SO good! Weston was extremely kind and professional. He shared the story of the place and his father. We felt such a warm vibe from everyone and the place. Our experience was truly amazing. The design of the place is super authentic. The pizzas were delicious. The dough was perfectly prepped and cooked. Probably one of the best pizza places we’ve ever been to and that’s a lot to say since my husband lived in Italy for 13 years and I’m spoiled by his pizza making skills 😬 for reference he ordered the pepperoni and I ordered the vegan one.. it was SO flavorful, I can’t stop thinking about it. Anyway, I’m done ranting about our obsession with this place lol. MUST GO!! Highly recommend. Wish we lived anywhere near so we can visit again.

Visiting the charming pizza cart was like stepping back in time to a simpler, more authentic era. The old-fashioned atmosphere exuded a warm, inviting vibe that made the entire dining experience truly unforgettable. With its quaint decor and nostalgic ambiance, it felt as though we were part of a bygone era where every meal was crafted with care and love.

But what truly set this pizza cart apart was its incredible wood-fired pizza. The crust, perfectly charred and crispy, bore the unmistakable smoky flavor that can only come from a traditional wood-fired oven. Each bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes, from the tangy sauce to the gooey, melted cheese, all harmoniously balanced and enhanced by the wood fire's aromatic influence.

The toppings were fresh and plentiful, adding layers of flavor that complemented the smoky crust without overwhelming it. It was evident that the pizza cart prioritized quality ingredients, from the vibrant, ripe tomatoes in the sauce to the perfectly aged cheese and fresh, aromatic basil leaves that adorned the pizza.

Service at the cart was equally impressive, with staff members who were not only friendly and welcoming but also passionate about their craft. Their enthusiasm for traditional pizza-making methods added an extra layer of authenticity to the experience, making it not just a meal, but a journey through time and tradition.

Overall, this pizza cart is a hidden gem that celebrates the art of old-fashioned, wood-fired pizza-making. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to savor the taste of a bygone era, where simplicity and quality...

This place was absolutely amazing. I honestly have no complaints.

We went at about 6:30PM on a Friday night the weekend of Cedar City's Renaissance Festival.

When we ordered, we were the last two pizzas of the night, or new orders, at least because they had run out of dough. This appears to be a common issue, which is unfortunate, but very understandable. They're popular enough to run out of ingredients for a reason.

We were told upon ordering that it would be about 8:30 by the time we got our pizzas. Yes, the wait was a lot. Two hours for two little personal pizzas, but again, this is a direct result of their popularity. The cashier was very upfront and open with us. He gave us our cups and told us the drink refills were unlimited of course with the wait.

We got our pizzas around 8:15. A Hawaiian and a New York Garlic. Both were absolutely amazing. The pizza was hot, but not so hot you'd burn yourself, and the ingredients were all spread perfectly, not too much of one thing in a certain area.

We're not locals, but if we ever return to Cedar City, we will be sure to call ahead and secure our pizza so we don't risk them not having dough.

The Pizza Cart is a small, local place. You cannot put the same expectations on them as you would with Little Cesars. The prices are beyond fair and what you get is far better than what any chain pizza shop can achieve. Supporting Local will always be my...

Redemption!

ONE MONTH AGO, a weary group of travelers on a long journey south stumbled famished into The Pizza Cart, salivating for the saucy and cheesy delicacy with the perfect mix of soft and crispy dough that is a good wood fired pizza. Sadly to our utter astonishment, this establishment had no dough and we were turned away like Joseph and Mary in Bethlehem, left to make our own way pizza-less out in the cold dreary world. Unbeknownst to me, this tale was not done, and fate conspired to reunite these tragic unrequited lovers.

LAST NIGHT, one of these stooping peregrinos was yet again on an arduous journey, this one even longer and more perilous than before, when he was presented with a slice of savory pie by a trusted acquaintance. From whence was this pie? Why, from the very establishment where he had suffered heartbreak but two fortnights prior!

And now I must confess I AM THAT TRAVELER. Previously baffled at being turned away so distastefully, my palate and soul were cleansed at last.

I am pleased to say the reunion was as delicious as expected. The crust was delicate soft and savory with the perfect crunch. Sauce was delicate and vibrant, the cheese was everything it should be and the toppings were great. The pizza cart even redeemed itself by staying open for the food to be picked up 15 minutes after it’s scheduled...
