Great American Cookies — Attraction in Cedar Park

The staff here are amazing. They were extremely accommodating to me on a last minute order for a cookie cake. The put it together very quickly, and the decoration was very well done. It was definitely a one-off chance they had an extra in the back since they make these fresh - but I wanted to share here that I came in around Noon CT and they offered to make and decorated one for me by the later afternoon same-day if they didn't have an extra in the back. I feel like that's pretty quick for a same-day order on a Saturday. I'm glad they explained how I can order in advance next time because I'll certainly order again from this location, but it's also good to know they can move pretty quickly on these orders if they are able to. I really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism...

Anytime we want to buy a cookie cake we always purchase it at this Great American Cookies location in Cedar Park, TX. Their employees are wonderful .... I ordered over the phone and spoke with Madeline and also Pamela. Such wonderful, helpful people ... excellent customer service. They made us a fantastic cookie cake for our soon to be 12 yr old nephew. They decorated it with a UT football theme and it was absolutely done so well. Our nephew LOVED his COOKIE CAKE ! And, it was delicious. Additional "icing on the cake" if you will ... they also sell Marble Slab Ice Cream! If you love ice cream and have not had Marble Slab Ice Cream .... go now ! It is so much like homemade. YUMMY !! Thanks again to Pamela and Madeline.....you made our family birthday...

I ordered an ice cream cake here and I wanted it to look like the one from the book. I ordered a small raving craving sprinkle cake. When i went to pick up the cake, It was just one of the previous made ones from the fridge. So it wasnt the design i wanted at all, it wasnt the size i ordered (this was a medium), and it wasnt made fresh like I thought i was getting.It didnt have any of the decorations and they literally just got icing and wrote happy birthday on one of the cakes from the fridge. Why have the book out with specialty cakes if you are just going to give customers random premade cakes? I didnt say anything when i picked it up because i was in a rush and didnt really notice just how different it was until i got home. I wont be coming here again for ice...
