So I did their promo for breakfast for the 50 points that are required to get to get it and Set down for breakfast came pretty quick and prompt the ash Browns were little burnt but crunchy like I like on unfortunately I asked for Tabasco sauce and to catch up and has left there for over 35 minutes not checked on or even sauces brought back to table she finally came back around 40 minutes with Tabasco and catch open hand Unfortunately My food is already sat there for 45 minutes and she offered to make new and brought me new plate quickly hashed Browns were not done in fact still cold and eggs were running in which I asked over hard it is a texture thing am unable to eat runny eggs pre sure it's my life and I like what I like in eat what I want part of being a grown up told her the eggs were not good did not offer anything else service was very horrible each time up eaten in this restaurant the staff is very unfriendly and and welcoming there a few gals that are the waitresses did deserve probly a lot more higher pay than with a get because even they know they're stretched thin and customers complain all the time about not being able get drinks or liquor drinks I really enjoy Johnny's casinos expression Li after they took over the reserve but with all the cool nice new amenities in furniture doesn't go very far when you have poured staff quality and customer care I would mind going through your company as a consultant and help you out because is most definitely being swept under the rug and maybe even unforeseen to the owner which is sad because he really has a good thing going and fortunately his staff do not value or appreciate their jobs enough to do a good job and please their customers expression I frequent lines like me And those few waitresses I do notice I am there do try harder to come by and see me for therefore I'm not a shy tipper nor stingy expression the when I'm up Hope you guys can use this feedback F any others you would like don't hesitate to PM me I travel a lot and frequent a lot of different casinos and restaurants and do consulting on the side just FYI And why I'm at it O say that all your locations restaurants are like this and really could use either some discipline or training for your employees Or maybe just some customer ...
Read moreSo let me start out by saying I enjoyed this casino myself, It was easy to navigate and they offered a bowl of ramen noodles for being a new member and they had Cherry Fanta which I had never tried before from their self-dispensing machine. The reason I gave this place a one star is not saying they are racist, but I went in with my real ID and the employee stated their system is not able to process real IDs yet so they cannot swipe the card to capture all the information. The lady had to manually enter my information.
Me, a white male born in Wisconsin, no problem. She manually enters my data and creates a card. I explore for a little bit and then let my wife have a turn. So my wife goes in, and she also has a real ID. She's not white and has an accent (I wasn't in with her so I don't know if it was the same lady) but the employee swipes the card a couple times and then says she can NOT make a card for my wife which they just did for me 30 minutes prior. So she walks out and says fine on to the next one.
The part that got me was that it was about 10:00 in the morning and when I was inside a few minutes before maybe there were 10 to 15 people throughout two levels and there were probably at least 5-8 employees. So it's not like this place was super busy and it would have been difficult for somebody to manually enter data from a real ID to create a player's card.
After that we left and I never went back for my ramen and we went to one of the other 18 or 19 casinos in Blackhawk, CO. I was looking forward to going back the following day to build 25 points to get a plushie as their giveaway but I will not be going back either.
Again, not saying these folks are racist, but if you have a real ID or your skin is not white, you may want to avoid this place as it seems like a little mom and pop small casino that is underprepared.
Again, if any business, when there are minimal other customers in the facility cannot manually type in data from a real ID, maybe they are selecting who they want to be their members.

I am appalled, and completely blown away by the level of disrespect from not only the employees at this casino, but their Z stop gas station as well. My husband and I encountered two separate occasions, in less than a 24hr period. Where we were harassed by a total of 3 employees. My husband was chased out of the Johnny Zs parking lot, in his attempt to purchase food from this location. Two employees followed him all the way to our car, yelling at and threatening him with calling the cops. Early morning the next day. I stopped at the Z stop gas station, only to have one of the worst customer service encounters of my life. As the cashier proceeded to yell at and insult me, by calling me ugly. When I asked to speak to the manager, the cashier stood behind him, relentlessly staring me down. Only for the manager to snap at me, for staring in return.
