I only visited this mall once (when I passed through town after business in Long Beach) and only visited one store (Guitar Center), so my review will be narrow in scope. Access from the street was straight forward and parking on a Saturday afternoon was plentiful. (I am a fan of shaded parking and there was not much of that to be found.) I liked having the direct entrance to the store from the sidewalk (as opposed to walking through an interior atrium beforehand). The pedestrian areas were wide and clean. While I am able-bodied, I look for handicapped features and this space seemed to have the required ones. The area looked safe and there was no evidence of criminal activity. I also did not see any homeless issues, such as panhandling. Other than these observations, there is not much else I can share, since I had limited contact with the facility.
