I went to this location in order to pick up a welder that was showing limited stock. I called prior to making the 35+ mile trip to verify that it was in stock and asked them to hold it until I got there to pick it up. I spoke with Stacey and she ensure me that there was one unit (a display unit in stock) and that she would bring it up front and put my name on it.
I arrived at the store and as always, I did some other shopping for miscellaneous items. After I had everything that I wanted, I went to there front check out area and the machine was sitting there as promised with my name on it. they had also put a roll of the correct wire with the machine in case I wanted to purchase that as well. I had already picked up a roll of wire in addition to a pack of tips for the welder so I declined one roll of wire.
I know this sounds like a small thing, but, I have dealt with many store that can not or will not handle this in the same manner.
I would like to give a shout out to all involved at this store location and say thank you for the great job!

I did my shopping (beautiful clean store btw), and when I came to the customer service counter the lady working the counter was very rude and stand-offish, and acted like we were an inconvenience. Another associate walked behind the counter and stated something to the customer service representative to which the customer service rep. stated "Just be rude to the customers. That's what I do." When the other associate stated that's not going to solve anything the rep stated "that solves everything and if you put a little chuckle behind it they usually just think you're joking." The associate then said something about "My body is falling apart" to which the customer service rep stated "you don't have to be tough to be rude to someone."..... This was very unprofessional, and she forgot to scan one of my items. I simply asked "did you by chance scan this one?" To which she scoffed , got very rude with my husband and walked over to scan it. WORST customer service I've ever had. I went in to buy some camp chairs that were on sale, and couldnât find them. So I asked and the worker said they didnât have any more. That was it. Then turned and went about her business. đ«€ The website said they did have them when I checked later, and I could pick up that day. đ€·đ»ââïž TBH I get sick of that type run-around with retailers. I didnât attempt any more to buy them. It shouldnât be that difficult. I did look around the store that day though, and was interested in getting the compressed alfalfa for my goats as it was cheaper than TS. It wasnât even wrapped.đIâll pass. There were many empty shelves, but I did notice they had some of their own brand of foods. Except, why honey made in India? Travesty. This is south central PA, buy local honey.
