United Bank — Attraction in Chantilly

I went there on a Saturday at 11 am. They usually close at 12 pm on a Saturday. I had to deposit some money (which took a few min) and I wanted to renew my debit card. The employee told me: "As you can see the manager is already with someone and there's another person waiting for the manager, so you'll have to come another day.”

I told the employee repeatedly I have time and I can wait. But the employee kept repeating the same thing that the manager is busy and won't be able to help me so come another day. I told her I have time and I can wait. But no, the employee kept saying the same thing and was so rude. I was like "Ok is there a number I can call instead?" And she gives me the number. The person on the phone was so much nicer than the employee at the bank. She told me that I need to do it at the bank and not over the phone.

I went back to the bank and I waited for the manager. I know the process doesn't take long because I have done this process before. The manager was so nice and helped me with my request so quickly.
