This is a charming little playhouse deep in the historic section of downtown Charleston. The Christmas production was light and cheerful with a cast that looked like they were having a lot of fun. Some good voices although they were missing a mic or two. Minimal staging but it didn’t detract from the performance. A 70 mini performance with no intermission was just about right. Good sight lines and good lighting as well. A pleasant evening was had by all. We give it 3.5 clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale ( four stars on conventional scales).

Had a wonderful time at the show tonight. We found the theater just walking around in town. Dropped in and met Eric, a great guy who works at the theater and was assistant director of the current show. Eric gave us a tour, including the rehearsal space, and was a wealth of knowledge of the local theater scene. We grabbed two tics for the show and will definitely be back in the future

I had a great time here! I actually just bought a ticket on a whim as I was walking by one evening. I bought it for the next evening because it was abut an hour and a half until showtime, and I didn't want to have to wait around. Then as I was leaving, it started raining and I had no umbrella. They told me I could come in an wait there for the rain to pass. They also let me change my ticket to that night, seeing as it was making more sense for me to just stay and see the show! I really enjoyed te show. It was The Legend of Georgia McBride, and it was so fun! Very well done. This inspired me to go to the...

Ovation Tickets is whom they use to buy tickets online. Somehow they double booked my seats and I was told by the director that ovation tickets would make it right and refund my money and ovation tickets blame the theater. Have NOT received a refund and was mortified at how they acted when I was in line to pick up my tickets before the show they said they couldn't find me and get back behind the line so they could take care of the line. My total purchase was 226.00 dollars . Nobody wants to take ownership of this...
