I’m not sure where to start, but WOW. What an incredible overall experience.
I’ll start by saying the salon is absolutely impeccable from a welcome and design perspective.
The entire staff is very friendly and super professional. I really appreciate the extra time ahead of a brow thread to make sure that they design your brows as you want. My brows were really in bad shape by the time I came in. The ladies didn’t make me feel shy and took time to remove this Brillo pad of a unibrow into a shapely recognizable and fleek paid of brows. While I was there, I also had them tint my brows and boom I was ready for a smoking hot date!
The staff—holy bananas were they so pleasant! You can tell the synergy is spot on between everyone because the energy is just amazing;).
The decor and space—it’s spot on! Love the modern look and it is extremely clean! This is a huge deal for me because some brow places you go into can be a bit dingy, but not this adorable salon. I love that there is constant tidying and cleaning in between appointments. This is a huge plus.
Everyone here makes you feel very comfortable and they offer a wide variety of services. While I was there , a woman finished getting her eyelashes glammed out. Wow they looked fabulous! I definitely want to try getting those done next time I have a big party to go to.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Gita. She truly has a passion for making women feel beautiful. I love supporting a local businesswoman who has a genuine passion for her community.
I will definitely be back and suggest you check this business out, you will not be...
Read moreI’ve been going to Victoria’s brows for almost a decade. I started going to the one in Monroe crossing. Loved getting my eyebrows done there, eventually over the years, the people who began working there started to get worse. I didn’t want to believe it but when I heard people talking about how choppy their eyebrows were after being there, I started to realize Victoria’s was going downhill. I remembered Gita had opened a new location at the arboretum. I began going here, I started to love Victoria’s again. Until recently. Again they hired people who don’t do eyebrows well. My eyebrows have no shape they lack an arch. I couldn’t even ask for it to be fixed because she had taken the tail off my eyebrow so here I am having to pluck my eyebrows to be even even though I had to pay $12 for a bad job. I’m not even kidding when I say it’s been over 15 times in the past 5 years I’ve been disappointed in Victoria’s. They keep hiring people who do not know how to shape eyebrows. They just make you less hairy. That’s all they do. I understand they expanded their business and that things change but these new employees at both the Arboretum and Monroe Crossing are driving people away. I’m not exaggerating, I’ve heard of people going elsewhere because you can’t trust what kind of result you get here. I guess it’s time for me to stop going to Victoria’s Brows and steer people away as well. I literally have blocky eyebrows. This was not an experience I’d...
Read moreHad a Groupon for a facial. Appointment was at 11am, receptionist said tech was finishing up and would be with me shortly. While waiting, another customer comes in to get her eyebrows done. Technician finishes her current customer and then goes to do the newest customers eyebrows!! Didn’t even ask if I could wait longer. We got started at 11:30. There isn’t a hook for my purse or coat. They don’t offer a robe. There isn’t a sheet or blanket on table. First 5 minutes are face massage with oil and steam. Next 5 minutes is cleanser. Receptionist will now walk in, blasting your eyes with light as she opens the door and they will talk about scheduling another client. Tech takes a metal tool and scrapes your nose and chin for about 3 seconds. You’ve had no chemicals at this point..there will be no extractions. There will be no exfoliation. More facial massage, then hand and forearm massage. Technician now puts on mask and says she’s leaving for 10 minutes. She’s only used cold water on my face to this point so I’m freezing. I ask her to hand me my coat, which I’m going to use as a blanket. Technician offers me a blanket which I gladly accept. She finishes by cleaning off mask and spraying my face, I’m assuming with vitamins but I’m not sure. Technician was nice and gives a nice facial massage but you’re not getting a facial. Hopefully Groupon will give me my money back on the...
