Classic Furniture Essentials — Attraction in Charlottesville

Classic Furniture Essentials was a great place to shop. Their price point is a bit lower than their sister store on 29 north, Classic Furniture, but it didn't seem like any quality was sacrificed. The store has a large selection on site, and it is beautifully laid out. Our salesman Brad was very patient with us as we returned multiple times to decide what we wanted. The wait time was very very long, but that is typical with the supply chain as it is in 2021. Once it was time to deliver the furniture, a time and date were set up, and that is exactly when they appeared. The two men that delivered were amazingly courteous. I will absolutely buy from Classic Furniture Essentials again, and I'm already recommending...

My review will be twofold. I believe the products are lovely, but I think that the salesperson should have been friendlier. When my furniture piece was 10 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 weeks and still hadn't arrived (and they had been asked to rush it), I had to go on my own to contact the company president to get it delivered the week that I needed it. They did. The delivery men could not have been better. They arrived both times within minutes of time I was given, very consistent in making sure that nothing else would be disturbed when they brought the furniture in, and a credit to Classic...

My wife and I purchased a "Hutch" bed recently. The service was excellent from the time we walked in the door to the time the delivery guys left. They took the time to answer all of our questions and suggested how we could best care for our piece. The quality of the work is excellent; we will have this piece for many years. The two gentlemen who delivered it could not have been nicer or more professional. They arrived at the appointed time, but still took extra time to show us how it worked and how to best move it, if needed, one day. THANK YOU!...
