I purchased roughly $450 worth of lululemon on Black Friday. I ended up receiving sizes that I could never fit into. I went to this store to do an even exchange, all I wanted was smaller sizes. They directed me to this small rack and said if I purchased any Black Friday is would be over there and they couldn’t exchange the items for me. So I looked and it’s all stuff that looked like clearance items. The items I purchased are newer items for the store. They informed me that I was unable to do an exchange and they can only give me store credit.. I was very upset over this because I saved $150 purchasing on Black Friday. After I left I read on their website that I was able to do an even exchange so I reached out to customer service and was informed that the store did not help me and they apologized. I spoke to 5 of their coworkers because I have worked in retail and that has never been a problem for me to do an even exchange. When I reached out to customer service they gave me $30 gift card. I mean the $30 helps but I wanted to reorder the same items and save the $150. Now I can’t even order the items I originally bought because I’ll have to pay more money which is not far. I feel like they just didnt want to help me and I was so nice to everyone. I didn’t want to bother anyone and I rarely shop at this store. Read moreFor years, I have been a die-hard Lululemon fan, and I typically purchased a lot of my clothing from the Marlton location, simply because I live so close to it. However, today, I was already at the mall and just stopped in to inquire about a return, and not only did the store handle the return for me, I left feeling like I got leggings that really worked for me. Amy and the rest of the staff were so incredibly helpful and honest, which is really difficult to find. I genuinely could not be more grateful for the customer service at the Cherry Hill store, and I look forward to returning soon. I think many people do not understand that at Lululemon, you are getting high-quality products and service, but it comes with a price. I don’t wanna blame any sales associate for possibly hating on my true gay self. maybe mercury was in retrograde or the planets were aligned in some way that prevented the computer from properly managing my return. for some reason, I was only able to receive my return back via gift card and this made me feel very body negative and in-authentic.
