Bought my grandchildren a few pieces of jewelry from this store in the Cherry Hill Mall. Felicia was my salesperson who was wonderful respectful and pleasant throughout my shopping experience. I bought a cross at Christmas time and a chain for my grandson about 2 months later the cross fell off the chain and it was found to be a broken ring on the cross. The gold was completed cracked I took it to the store and Felicia replaced it it was still under warranty. I also bought insurance for the cross. Fast forward a few weeks later and the cross was missing but the broken ring was still on chain. The cross fell off the broken. When I went back to the kiosk at the mall, I was told by the âmanager â so it was not covered by my insurance because I didnât have the cross although I did have the broken piece that the cross fell off of she said that how did she know that âyou didnât break it and keep the crossâand that there was nothing she could do for me and that I was upset because I broke it. Needless to say, was irate that I would not only have the same exact situation happen, and it was very obvious to anyone who can call themselves a manager of a retail business that it was through fault of the company not the customer and that insurance should definitely cover it. She said I could call customer service, but there was nothing she could do for meâŚsmugly Why call yourself manager if you canât even manage situations that happen in your Next to me, was a gentleman that was also there, because had several pieces of jewelry that were broken and nothing could be done for him either. I was there today, 2/25/25, at approximately 2:30pm and the girl behind the counter with the septum piercing had the nastiest attitude! Sheâs also tricking customers into purchasing the warranty by lying and saying itâs required when purchasing ear piercings! This is NOT true! A warranty is recommended and optional, NOT required! I watched her lie to the customer before me, TRICKING him into purchasing it!
