For Mother's Day I got a necklace. I have wanted this necklace for about a year now. I was so excited when my husband took it home but I soon found out it was to small. We went to the Cherry Hill Mall today specifically to buy an extender. Unfortunately, we soon found out they don't sell extenders for this necklace. I had to instead return it :( with the refund I did pick out charms for my bracelet. 285.00 worth. The woman Leioni was such a pleasure. She was helpful and friendly, kind, and patient. I asked if I could get my bracelets cleaned. And a nice gentleman did come over and he took my information. This bracelet is really hard to take off so my husband took it off like he usually does and we hand it over. The gentleman took it into the back and cleaned it and he came back with it in a bag. And I took it out to put it on and right away I saw Leioni notice the same thing I did that this bracelet was no longer closing and clicking. It was to the point this bracelet would of fell right off and I would of lost charms and bracelet. She calls the gentleman over and he sees the same thing. He pulled another bracelet out and at first he did say it would be 75.00 and I explained how my bracelet was fine before I arrived. I wasn't even coming in for charms that I only got these charms because they didn't sell any extenders. He gave me the brand new bracelet at no charge. Pandora stands by their word and their jewelry and they will have a forever customer with me. Leioni you rock!! I'll be back due to the amazing customer service...

So, I called the PANDORA at the Cherry Hill Mall location initially the person was very helpful, but once I requested to place items on hold she began to be rude. Stating that "Pandora" Doesn't place items on hold..I asked to speak with a supervisor nicely, she refused then hung up the phone. I kept calling back.. I believe they purposely didn't answer, because they have caller ID..I called form a different number they immediately answered..I asked for a supervisor. I believe her name was Holly. The first thing she said was where you the guy who called earlier?. I said yes. She became very rude and accusatory, saying things like "you asked to put 10 items on hold" witch was incorrect! and we a very busy, and we do put items on hold.. I explained to her, I did not ask to put 10 items on hold.. Basically I couldn't get a word in.. I said miss the only reason I called back was to find out what the policy was for putting item on hold, and why did your associate hang up on me. I'm a customer. What happen to customer service. She wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence, also she said I was threating. WOW!! It was crazy, and uncalled for... Terrible experience.!! Long story Short.. I needed these Charms it was a gift for my mom birthday.. PANDORA in Plymouth Meeting put the item that I was looking for on hold, with no problem, and I was able to pick them up the same day. We went in for a ring cleaning and the ring came back with a missing gem. Even though the picture they took shows the gem is still on the ring, they fought tooth and nail, claiming the ring cleaner was “way too gentle to do that,” that we were “claiming it was gone” (even though, once again, it’s ON the ring in the picture), and that it’s “out of warranty.” The woman even started pointing at a different spot on the ring claiming that’s where the gem was missing (even though the missing gem was on the other side).
The representatives were absolutely rude and passive aggressive, rolling their eyes and everything, even while my wife was holding back tears. The manager even just turned her back on us to end the conversation, despite us not making any rude or mean comments ourselves
I cannot stress enough STAY AWAY from this store and, if you do, take several pictures of your jewelry on your own phone before sending it...
