Iām new to the area and have been looking closely at reviews to find a good salon that does quality work. I decided to give this place a shot today even though I was recommended another salon on 23 Mile. Iām kicking myself as I was NOT impressed AT ALL! The lady I had was nice enough and paid great attention to the shape, size and thickness of my nails, which I very much appreciated and thatās what got the 2 stars. I had my old dip removed from a previous salon that did a whack job and got dip again today. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (left pic) and said I wanted the brown part pink. She seemed to not know where to start at all and asked what the base color would be and was confused. I also told her at the beginning that I would likely need tips added for length, she then filed my actual nails way down to the almond shape I wanted, and then was shocked when I reminded her of adding tips for length. She glues the tips to my actual nail which she had to redo several of the tips AT LEAST 10 times! After she continues to the do the actual dip process, I was in the chair for 2 hours! She then adds the actual pink color I wanted but DID NOT EVEN TRY to do the lined tips that I wanted and then left one of my nails completely bare (no pink just the base) and said āyou wanted that nail differentā even tho I repeatedly stated to do the brown parts pink. Finally, I told her to just give me all pink tips, which she did. Then she asks if Iād like anything else added, I ask for a WHITE line under my pink tip, which she then does this SILVER LINE?!? At this point I was in the chair for THREE HOURS and was very much over the whole experience. She the. Charges me $75 for this, which I paid and tipped since she did take her time and did a good job for what she did. Iām afraid there may be a gap between my tip and my nail where she didnāt glue it enough but Iāll check it tomorrow. I know I should have spoken up, but I really didnāt think this was that hard of a design and I was hangry so I decided to...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not the type of person to write bad reviews but I didnāt enjoy my experience at this nail salon. I came here a few weeks ago for a pedicure and it was pleasant so I thought iād give them a chance with my nails. I came for a fill. The salon is very unsanitary, reusing nails bits and buffers/files, and the staff sits and watches videos with the volume fully up when they arenāt working on clients. The lady I had was very untrained. She got into an argument with the owner about a missing nail drill bit and it made me uncomfortable. When drilling the old gel/acrylic she cut my cuticles on at least 7 of my finger. They all started bleeding and she kept going over the blood with the drill. I was pulling away in pain and saying ouch out loud. She kept grabbing my arm to continue. Then she put acetone on before applying the new acrylic and it burned so badly fingers were red. When putting my nails in the lamp to cure the gel, she kept forgetting to turn the light on, so I was pushing the button to start the timer every time I switched hands. I canāt believe I payed for this experience. My nails are so sore today. Go...
