They were all so kind and friendly! I was having a tough day, the restaurant I had originally wanted to go to was closed so I decided to stop in and check them out. I was not disappointed and you won’t be either! Fast friendly service they explained menu items to me and helped me with my order. They were patient, polite, and so helpful. The food was hot fresh and delicious. They told me how they make all their sauces, meats, and pickled veggies in house daily. You can taste the quality and the hard work in every bite. I stopped to tell the manager about how great a job he and his crew were doing. From start to finish one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in recent years. I’ll tell you guys right now, you’re on a crash course to being another out of business restaurant in that corner. You don’t have to charge for every single thing…..it’s actually gross to see and I know people aren’t coming back, because everybody I know tried it once and said they wouldn’t do it again. A charge for asking for 1 additional veggie? A charge for a sneeze of garlic sauce? A charge for trying a new topping the worker recommended without notifying me of the upcharge?…oh wait…he didn’t notify me of ANY charge. I walked out with a 17 dollar bowl and I can promise you I have never been more disgusted...

I’ve been to a lot of these create your own bowl restaurant but never ever have been charged extra for vegetables and almonds. All i got was cucumber and beets so when i said extra he said i have to charge you extra at one point. I was honestly shocked i mean it’s not a big deal but i got 2 different kind of vegetables of i would have gotten 4 or 5 different vegetables wouldn’t have been the same as me asking for extra of what i like?
