Check your prices when you get to check out. The manager was too lazy to price check something I had bought so they pulled a number out of thin air that was 1/3 more than the price actually was. When I pointed this out after the fact she just gave me a dirty look like I was inconveniencing her. She confirmed that she had put in the wrong price out of pure laziness and didn't apologize or even admit the mistake just asked if I still wanted it, yes, but also wanted my money back which I got, but damn talk about the worst customer service and trying to scam a customer out of their hard earned money. IDK who the GM is, but that person should not be in charge of anything and doesn't make your business look good at all. Angry little lady manager with heavy eye make up can't be trusted. This is just based on today's visit. The cashier I had (Fatima) seemed upset when she had to bag my items in the bag I provided. She slammed the packages of meat inside the bag and then again slammed the bag down after she was done bagging all the items. If Fatima doesn't feel like she doesn't have to do it then she should find another job. Also before my transaction was complete she started to assist the customer behind me and then when my transaction was complete she handed me my receipt without a thank you come again. Cermak attempted to overcharge my father $81.76 at checkout. I had been coming to this store for a long time without issues, and yesterday I sent my father on a grocery run. He picked up some fruits, vegetables, and fish, and the total came out to be $114. The cashier pressured him to pay quickly. He asked to see the receipt several times, and when the cashier finally gave it to him, he saw two $36 items that did he did not purchase.
