Worst service by employees and manager. We bought drinks, we head out of the bar for a couple of minutes and we kept our drinks where everyone is supposed to put near the exit door. We came in and seeing the bouncer is taking our drinks and giving back to bar lady. When we asked for our drinks back she wanted us to pay again or get out of the bar. The bouncer was literally running away from me to avoid all that. Talked to other bouncers and manager, everyone were being rude and racist and they kicked us out for asking the drinks we already paid for and telling us to go to some cheap bar. Sundays and Mondays in Chicago are always a party thanks to No. 9. This used to be the VIP room of the legendary Crobar night club. Now Prysm. The smaller intimate feel is real. It has to be. N°9 Chicago is always a hit! From the servers to the music, the venue’s ambience is on point. I recently had my birthday there and the management team with the servers truly made my birthday one for the books. The venue is upscale and classy. Very clean, good energy environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is in Chicago and out of state to visit N°9 for your next birthday or any other celebration. Will definitely visit you all again this summer!
