Im absolutely OBSESSED with this store!!These girls make your day, not one time did I feel rushed or judged even after i tried on a bunch of jeans I just really wasn’t feeling. They gave me suggestions, asked what I liked and disliked and found me a PERFECT new outfit that I felt good in. The fitting room experience was amazing I had such a great time talking to them all I can’t remember there names but one was about 5ft 6 with blond hair, the other was taller with bangs and wavy hair. I came up to Chico alone to scout out Chico state where I’m attending this August and I was a little scared because I had never been to Chico before, but these girls made my whole day easier by making me feel comfortable and beautiful! They talked to me the whole time I was in the fitting room and it truly felt like I was out with friends. The following week I received a hand written card in the mail saying they all hoped I loved my new outfit. This was truly a unique experience and is now one of my favorite stores and I can’t wait to go back! P.S I have seen multiple comments talking about the “ ridiculous return policy” , As someone who works in retail it’s ridiculous to trash a stores name for something a simple question could have fixed every single comment said “They did not inform me” so let me set this straight , first of all there is a sign at the cash wrap so read or get over it and second of all it’s on your damn receipt so read or get over it. Don’t blame someone else for a question you didn’t...

Their return policy is ridiculous and the customer service of the girl I interacted with was not at all friendly. 2 weeks is nothing especially if you're on a trip. I came in and bought a belt 3 weeks prior that ended up not fitting and went to return it. They said that I was out of the return date and said I had to get something else of equal or lesser value at that exact moment (the belt was $20). Keep in mind everything in the store is extremely pricey and everything that caught my eye was triple the price. I even went to the clearanced shoes which looked well put together and organized just to be told that the shoes "get thrown back on the shelf in whatever order" and not sorted by the sizes listed on each shelf. I went to the front desk to ask if I could just take the belt back and come back another day since I had an appointment to get to and the girl at the front was super rude and said "no, it has to be today". I explained my frustration of everything being so expensive and she said that they're accessories were cheaper. All of the jewelry options appeared cheaply made but I had no option if I didn't want to loose my $20. So I quickly picked something and left. The girls at reception were very rude and not helpful and didn't even try to work with me. I get there's a return policy, but the option of store credit or a gift card should always be an option because it guarantees the customer to return and possibly spend more. I will not be returning or recommending this...

What a great boutique to shop in. The girls that work there were super helpful, not pushy at all like the other stores I went in to. She handed me two different blazers and shirts that were right up my alley perfect fit perfect look great on me. These girls know exactly what they’re doing and they just couldn’t have been any friendlier. Not pushy and just could read me right off the bat and knew what I was looking for… I’m so excited that I found For Elise on Broadway in Chico because even if I don’t know what I’m looking for they know what would look great on me and price was spot on not over the top. Just excellent quality for an excellent price for something that was not on sale…. I guess I should show a picture so don’t judge me because this is just happening right now!!! FYI, I will be back in there every month because my hairdresser is right around the corner… The cute flannel had pockets on the side, which is a game changer for me!! The other shirt was on a sales rack and fit me like a T but for some reason, I cannot find it right now and show you what a great deal of a deal that I got for their $20 rack.
