Ohio Thrift Store — Attraction in Chillicothe

I visited the Thrift Store on December 4, 2021 and bought an item that was too big. There are no dressing rooms and they have an "exchange only" policy, with which I was fine. However, when I tried to exchange my item this evening, the manager informed me that it had been two days past the 30 day exchange policy and she wouldnt exchange it. I was never informed of this at the time of purchase, just that I could only exchange it. I ended up leaving the item there and told them I would NOT be back. I not only had the receipt, but the original tags were still on it. I don't recommend this place. NO dressing rooms and NO EXCHANGES past 30 days. Poor excuse...

I was interested in looking at a Full Matress Set to Purchase. I called since being Out of town, but was told that they could NOT look for me as the Mgr told the Employee she had to wait on Customers. I "understand," but isn't there More than 1 Employee? Couldn't a Mgr had looked for us? BAD Business!! ;-( I Will NOT be shopping there anyway soon! In - Chillicothe Ohio Thrift Store!! ☆☆ - I would really like to give this store...

I found this thrift store on accident and was super amazed. Goodwill use to be there & I worked there for 2 yrs. As soon as I walked in I got all exicted!!! There is super nice clothes & mostly brand new with tags. Only problem is they dont price anything at the store it all comes priced from anything place. Which I think is odd because the prices are random. If u look around u can find so awesome stuff for...
