Chino Hills Car Wash — Attraction in Chino Hills

Don’t clean your car here if you are looking for a good cleaning for the value of your money …I like to support my city local businesses but this one lost all the chances I give them this wasn’t the 1st time this happen but it was easier to talk with the manager and get taken care of but They keep getting from worse to more worse every day … I went to clean my car today I met with one of the staff there he didn’t ask me what kind of wash I want but I went ahead and told him my car is very dirty inside and out and I wanted clean including washing the carpet he said the carpet will be 10 dollars more which I didn’t mind and reminded him that I need to clean the door pockets and the middle consul compartment and he said they will vacuum it . then I went ahead and told him I wanted clean including outside waxed and he said that would be extra which again I didn’t mind and then he said it will be hand washed which bring the charge to 65$ and again I didn’t mind I went and paid and waited for them to finish the cleaning .. after a little bit my car was in front of me been serviced by a gentleman and i assumed it was already vacuumed and washed I went to check cus i wanted to see if he vacuumed the compartments like i said and it wasn’t so i mentioned to the guy who was cleaning it that the carpet is not vacuum yet and he said it will be in the end .. I waited for a little more and when they call me to get the car it was still not vacuum and no air freshener as well and i asked the guy who cleaned it if it’s done and show...

I came in about noon on a Friday before it got too busy. I paid $150 + tip to clay bar and hand wax my rough feeling paint on my 22 Traverse. Jose the Manager also said he would take care of a spill stain on one of the back seats from the kids. (The last place I took it to, didn’t/couldn’t take care of it like the said they would.) It was going to take about 2 hours, which is expected to do a good job. There are plenty of great places to eat or shop around, within walking distance to kill the time. If you give them your phone number they will call you when it’s done and park it to the side, so no rush. I came back while they were still cleaning it and watched them working hard and fast. What impressed me was that I saw Jose constantly coming over to my vehicle and doing quality control checks, letting the workers know if they missed a spot or things were or weren’t good enough. When they hand you your keys and you check your vehicle, feel free to ask them to touch up/wipe down anything you see that they might have overlooked. They will be happy to correct it right away for your customer satisfaction. My paint came out super smooth and they got out the stain on the seat! I am very pleased with the service...

if i could give this place a negative 0 i would. Decided to bring my brand new white 2024 bmw that I have only had for 16 days here for its first wash thinking that it would be shining an squeaky clean just to come out an see that it has a scratch on the front of the hood that was not there before an JOSE tried to claim that it came from a rock & brush me off an walked away as if it didnt matter to him ..when in fact it was not there prior to bringing to CHINO HILLS CAR WASH on pipeline . An they also did not properly clean my car .i walked up an there was black scuff marks that i had to tell one of the guys to come an wipe away. There was also water stains and the inside interior was not touched AT ALL!! I was suppose to be charged the manager is special, which I believe is 29.99 they charged me 39.99. The customer service here sucks.. all the guys outside were laughing when i made the complaint as if they knew what they did. pictures were taken an incident report was written. i came here because my boyfriend always brings his truck here but we will no longer ...
