The community service staff of Chino Hills does not care about the community. This is my situation in a nutshell. The WHO says 5 years and younger should not wear masks for the safety and well being of the children, California says mask up for K-12 and childcare, Chino Hills community center staff interpreted this as a 3 - 5 year old dance class is considered under "kindergarten", another staff members said the class is considered "childcare", and yet another staff member said 2 and older since it isn't clear. This made our set up time more rushed and stressful than it...
