Vans — Local services in Chino Hills

Absolutely the worst place to shop at. Their district manager needs to visit this location & evaluate/reassess their employees. The people that work there are HORRIBLE. The ones I’ve encountered seem to not know what they’re doing or what their policies are. I’ve already had two bad experiences here but todays experience was my last straw. My first experience was due to an item I ordered online where I eventually received an automatic “out of stock” email from the store. Later that day, I walked into the store and tried to find an alternative. However, I thought I’d ask one of the employees to check stock on the shoe I originally ordered. Low & behold, the employee returns from the back & came out with the supposed OUT OF STOCK shoe.. I gladly take it to the register & I tell the cashier my situation where she ignored me THEN proceeded to ask what was my form of payment was. So I ask if she heard me & she said that they probably didn’t have stock when I purchased it or that the shipment just came in that morning. Which made absolutely no sense to me because it showed inventory online at the time of purchase, & even if the shipment did come in that morning, I shouldn’t have received the out of stock email LATER that afternoon. My second experience today was for a curbside pick up for items I ordered online. I called the store to let them know I was there (PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP) and she told me that it was ready. I then ask if they could bring it out to my car & she said that they couldn’t and that I’d have to walk into the store. I get inside & I ask her why they even offer curbside if they’re just going to ask their customers to walk in & she states, I quote, “Oh I don’t know. I didn’t even know we did that” What???? How do these people work here? How were they even HIRED?! Never shopping at this...

Absolutely a superb store. The gentleman named Ru walked around with me and showed me all of the shoe lines and what would be best to put on a 61 year old male to look cool. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that it made my time in the store feel very comfortable. I love when stories like this not only have great products but great customer support....

Would've got Stars but made a purchase online and exchanged them now I have a receipt that reflects no original receipt, things like that matter. I paid $32 and because they were on sale store clerk probably did not want me to get the new sale price. Smh! Store clerk did not care to have a happy...
