how's possible that store did not accept a refund from a online order? a so called "manager" by the name Lambda (It happened on a friday night - 6:20 ish) he refused it with an unprofessional attitude and for no reason- what a joke guy, even when I had my e-mail receipt he was not willing to see it. Can't hate the company brand because I was able to get my refund in the store located at Tyler Mall. Called other stores (West Covina, Brea and Ontario) and they told me the same thing that I was able to get my refund...

I love pacsun clothing and the brand the brands they team up with . But it’s a little disappointing when this specific store is either closed for the day not even opening for the whole day or even opening later than mall hours 🤦🏽‍♂️ And it seems to only be this pacsun store what going on...
