I’ve been going to this store for a while. Loved it. Until I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I asked about their loyalty program, saying I’m pretty sure I’ve spent at least $500 here. The store manager then told me the customer before me was literally a VIP customer, who spent $4000 at their store, with an additional $500 today. Then the manager proceeded to tell me she would check how much I spent on the system. I didn’t even ask. Not only this, they made me wait over an hour to be serviced. I just wanted to return and exchange for a different item. Imagine if I weren’t actually a VIP customer, would they even care at all? I felt so uncomfortable that I went ahead and purchased a diamond ring almost worth $500, but returned it because I wasn’t satisfied with them at all. I found out later on I was supposed to have discounts, but they never added my previous purchases up, so my loyalty points were never totaled, and I could never use the discount that I could’ve used on my previous purchases.
