Alma was assisting me when I was looking for a pair of sunglasses for my cruise. She was nice, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was indecisive and I couldn’t find a pair of sunglasses that I liked. Alma suggested for me to go outside and look at the sun and feel which sunglasses I felt most comfortable in. I have never had someone offer me this option before. Alma had such a unique approach to her customer service which I loved and appreciate. If it wasn’t for me going outside to see the sun I would have never bought the sunglasses. Thank you Alma!!! You went above and beyond to offer great customer service!!!!! On February 12 we got there looking to purchase a pair or sunglasses, Joshua was there and the service was excellent we ended up purchasing 2 pairs of sunglasses I even told my wife just a good attitude was enough to sell, hope this guy move to sell vehicles or houses, but in the other side we went back to pick up the second pair today February 19 and I wanted to buy another pair but the costumer service by a lady was so bad and flat like if she didn’t want to be there I feel not welcome at all we didn’t buy anything I will call and ask for Joshua and hope the lady get some training in sales, a good actitud and...

The customer service was beyond exceptional. Karla helped me choose the perfect set of sunglasses as she juggled two customers at the same time. Lenscrafters is affiliated with Sunglass hut so I was able to walk new frames around the corner and get them squared away. The store itself is very clean and air conditioned and the glasses aren't full of smudges. I hate trying on a pair of frames that are so smeared that I can't see out of them.
