So this is the second time we've been. The actual atmosphere is good. Environment is clean, plenty of games and activities to keep both kids and adult kids entertained. Laser Tag has an extremely cool layout. My son and I did that both times we've been. Then played the games. We both recharged our cards. As far as the price, it's pretty matched with other places like Main Event and Urban Adventure. So $50 dollars 50-60 games give or take. What makes this a 3 and not a 5 is the customer service. The two at the ticket place specifically. I personally don't care about the tickets. We realize it's more often than not either save for a big prize or walk out with two smaller ones. To a kid though it's a big deal. He had just won 1000 on the wheel and wanted a plastic "giant duck." So standing facing the counter is two screens with up to four guests numbered #1-4 The attendant scans the card and that tells the number, I'm assuming. There was one other person at the counter beside him and he was scanned as guest #1. I stepped away, maybe 10ft to make a call. He's 10 he's surely doesn't need me to advocate for him to get a plastic duck. Phone call was 9 min and I noticed he was still standing at the same spot. Except there were many more people there now. The first attendant that scanned the card was very attentive to them. Even when they had less tickets for a slap hand she let it slide. Which whatever, that's cool, as long as those slides are done for all or at least those within earshot, lol. We stand a fee more minutes totally ignored. Then the second attendant scans his card and says he had no points. I pointed put it was scanned on the left screen. So she tells me she can't do it on her computer since already scanned. Then she says something to first attendant and I hear "go for it." I'm assuming second attendant was trying to transfer, but it didn't work. Keep in mind we were only given attention when I made eye contact a few times. Then the second attendant again stated firmly she couldn't do anything since the first attendant already scanned it. So I matched her same energy to say we were not aware of that even though she just scanned it on her own. First of all, after spending $114 I shouldn't have to do that. Second off, and most importantly, it's NOT my JOB to keep up with that. It seems like a pretty simple process to make it so complicated. I'm giving these details to set the scene that this was absolutely ridiculous for a rubber duck. It seems like so many customer service people get frustrated when they have to do their jobs. To the attendants, my kid said when thru going to "PICK me." We'll come back because the positives did outweigh the negative. For now. Between two times we spend 228 dollars. I won't do it again if the third time...
Read moreIt was a nice set up and a lot of games you could play but the staff are so slow their that I paid for a hour to bowl and only bowled for 20 minutes because the concession line was so long that at my family and I be never had time to interact. One short black haired lady just watched as the older lady struggled to satisfy customers and everyone. After I said something she waited 20 more minutes before she asked to help others by that time I was already next in the older ladies line. The older woman looked so weird wore out and and her face expression was like she didn't want to even be there. Or more upset that no one was helping her. The staff cares nothing about the customers at all except for the older guy and Lady working the front register giving out shoes they were a lot of help. Everyone else just walked around staring at customers not smiling not greeting not helping this was one of the worst experience I've had at establishment if I ever go back and that's a big if I will record my whole time there to show everyone how they do not worry about their customers I never once had a full bowling game with my family because either I or some of my family members were standing in the concession line the whole night even though there were a lot of staff there there was no help at all if it's not the worst place I've ever been I would say it's in the top three. This establishment needs a lot of work and adjustment next time I will go live. And for the night me and my three family members had I really think we should get reimburse for not being able to have fun at a place we were supposed to have fun at not being able to spend family time and do what we paid to do. This was awful...
Read moreHeld my sons birthday party here and we had a blast. a COUPLE OF THINGS THOUGH: The facility was clean and had a family theme which made us feel safe and relaxed. the pizza was so yummy! the staff was very kind except for the lady who was going through the laser tag tutorial. she seemed very annoyed and in a hurry I was on a very thigh budget when I booked the party I asked if the final price reflected everything she said yes, great I paid in full several days in advance. the last few minutes after the party some girl I guessed worked there comes up to me and says " hope yall had fun, by the way tips are not included in the final price so feel free to leave what ever you like for the hostess" I was like okay..... and then had to asked my husband if he had any money to leave we pitifully left $10. I know this was not enough but I though by "everything" It meant everything Not to be mean but I did not like the idea of a "hostess" I know they are there to help but it super awkward having this one person you don't know just standing there and following you around. If the party would have been with 15+ kids I understand but it was just 4 adults and 5 kids. But please do not get me wrong she was great but again just a little awkward. Especially since when I booked the party I told them we would not need a hostess because it would be a very small party and they said that would be fine and they could just have someone tell us which...
