Let’s start off with if I could give this place zero stars I would!
I had taken my niece to look for quinceañera dresses and the lady at the front had greeted a family so well and welcoming.
After she finished talking to them my niece and I were just standing there until I went and told the lady at the front what I was looking for. She said well that's all we have over there and you have to make an appointment to try on a dress which is OK I get it. It's their policy. I was just asking for info.
But then she was just standing behind us out of nowhere like if I'm gonna steal a big dress really?! and not at the other family.
I was wearing flare leggings, slides, a T-shirt and a bun with a mask (because I work in healthcare and I don't want to get sick or get others sick). It was a really hot day and after working with patients all week, you just want to go home and put some comfortable clothes on and tie your hair back in a bun. But the way I dress doesn't justify what I can and cannot afford. It goes to show that they discriminate against you. Like lady I have a good job in La Jolla!
When the lady was standing behind us, I told my niece "you know what I'm not feeling it anymore. This place is not for me. We're going somewhere else and taking our money somewhere else". And my niece said "mmmm yeah me neither". I went to multiple stores dressed like this the same day, and they all greeted us so kindly, so professional, and so nice and helped us the best they could with a genuine smile on their face at other places.
But I was so shocked with this place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER...
Read moreThey Discriminate against Kids.- I saw their advertisement a couple of time at the border advertisement screen, during my returns from Mexico, and decided to go there to look for my wedding dress. My mom was with me and we took my nice of 4 years and my nephew of 8 years. Well, to my surprise we only made it to the entrance of the store, because as soon as we open the door one of the customer service personal instead of welcoming or greeting us, she told us that the kids needed to stay at the entrance and that they couldn’t go into the store, since they have had several accident with several racks falling over and that the kids needed to be supervised; when I heard that my jaw fell to the floor and the only thing I responded was that how could I supervise them if I was going to leave them at the entrance, while I was going to be somewhere else looking for my dress, then she was so cynical to ask me if there was no one with me to watch over the kids, while I was inside, which I responded, no I do not have anyone, then I just said well, Thank you and walk out of the store. I cannot believe my ears; I even think that is against the law, they are discriminating against kids. By the way, I was holding my niece’s hand and my mom my nephew’s hand when we open the door, so there was no basis for this comment, so I believe they ask everyone with kids the same thing. She was probably following order from a supervisor, or who know, well, I didn’t stay in there for a second more, since from the get go their customer service sucks. They should be ashamed to do this. Do not buy a single...
Read moreChristina's has beautiful dresses even though they are extremely over priced but that's not the reason I'm ratting it 1 star. Ever since you walk into the store the lady's working there follow you around every where just watching you as if you were gonna steal a dress,( like how the f* are u gonna just get a long as dress and put it in your bag) anyways they follow you around everywhere and just by the way you look they assume you don't have the money to buy and expensive dress so when you ask for one they say "you are aware that it's an expensive dress right " I think that's super rude from them to say obviously if u want to try it on is because you've seen the price and your oaky with it. What they've also done to me is that when I ask for a dress they lady said she'll check if they have one and then will go whispering something's to another person and come back saying "oh I'm sorry we don't have your size we only carry SMALLER sizes" even though I had seen my size in the manikin. Eventhough the store has super nice and elegant dresses the lady's who work their REALLY discourage you to buy their and definitely make you feel uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. (Their only 1 lady who was new their and was really helpful but when I went back to the store to see other dresses and she wasn't their .. it was just a waste of...
