GTM Stores — Attraction in Chula Vista

Place has horrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE. These people don't know how to work at a retail establishment, they had a sign for 75% off all gardening decor, figures and statues. Let's say the employees there need a dictionary as they do not understand what constitutes decor. I had lights for the garden, a decorative bird feeder and a garden plate to hang... according to the cashier and the 'supervisor' Silvia H decor refers only to statues and figures. They love false advertising at this store, I am actually filing a complaint with the BBB, I have a picture of the sign stating these thing where 75% off, it's their fault they do not understand what decor means, there was no fine print anywhere stating statues and figures only. I bet they made load of sales with people not knowing they got ripped off with their false advert pricing on the shelves. Supervisor Silvia was ride and horrible, did not want to honor the price.

GTM you've lost a life long customer here, I was buying way back when you had stores in downtown san Diego, then moved on to the lemon grove store when that closed down... Chula Vista store is the worst!

PS I did contact customer care well let's just say they said they would 'take care of it' still did apologize for horrible treatment from the supervisor. I'd rather purchase a grocery outlet, they have better prices on most things just check some stuff here is way more expensive...

Like the motto, it truly is a treasure hunt shopping at gtm. Every time my wife and I go, we find some items I haven't seen in the past. I can count on finding the more standard things in clothing, food, hardware, paper towels, soaps, toiletries light bulbs, sporting goods, furniture, electronics, baby, toys and on and on.

They really have lots of things and for the most part, great quality at a relatively low price. Sometimes priced so low you'd be dumb not to buy. Occasionally the price seems a little high but always lower than retail. Then there are the coupons...wow... find out about all the ways to save by the sales and coupons @ 10 - 30% or more off select items and/or any regularly priced items. This is the best part. (Oh and red tag, really low priced items).

The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. You feel like part of the family. Return policy is very fair.

Bottom line: you will leave happy with you purchases and experience at gtm.

Example: Keurig commercial k cup coffee maker, beautiful! Play your coupon cards like I did and pay under $100.

Kohler Touchless (wave) Brushed Nickle Pulldown high neck kitchen faucet, only $120, but with coupon, I paid $84!!!!!! Have you priced these at H Depot lately?...

I have been coming to this store for about 4 years, 3-5 days a week. Incredible pricing on the Organic and Non-GMO frozen meats, dairy, eggs, juices and snack items…. Huge Thank You to the “Buyer” for this store for the AMAZING Pricing👍🏼👍🏼. Dry goods, canned items, chips and other items are higher priced but the company does a great job with promotional coupons so I highly suggest downloading the App and also get on their Email List. Coupons save the pricing!!! I also want to thank “Robert” specifically for going out of his way for me last time I was in the store and there were no organic eggs. A delivery had recently come in and he made me aware they had some and went to the back of the store and got me 2 dozen. He also always remembers my son who is 2 years old every time he sees him and goes out of his way to say hi and make us both feel special. The store manager has done a really good job of hiring people that are helpful, always nice, with a welcoming attitude. Keep up the good work GTM. I do my best to spread the word, because you have a great business that once people come in and see, are won over to remain...
