Superior Credit Union — Attraction in Cincinnati

My interaction with Superior Credit Union - University was outstanding. I actually stopped to make a quick withdrawal and ended up staying there over an hour updating my accounts. It all started because of the unsolicited but gladly received education on account options from the teller, a very pleasant and zealous young lady, assisting me. My education started with her at drive through teller (I never got her name but my transaction receipt says this 0481 at 1:55pm). First she took care of my pressing business. She was spot on! My education continued after my transaction was ended with Mr. Lee Pennekamp and Mr. Samuel Young. They finished my education and got me through the account upgrades. The education was so good that I spent more time talking with Mr. Pennekamp and Mr. Young. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Superior Bank that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, I was unfairly accused of attempting to scam someone I brought to the bank. The two employees involved treated me with suspicion and their demeanor was unprofessional and unpleasant. This experience was not only embarrassing but also disheartening, as it felt like I was being racially profiled. It's upsetting to be treated this way in a place where one should feel safe and respected. I hope that the management takes this matter seriously and works towards better training for staff to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with dignity. AJ was knowledgeable and informative, providing alternatives to fit our needs, and he moved the process along very well.
