Read moreI'm a vegetarian (usually not a very good one since I usually don't start my sentences with I'm a vegetarian) so there isn't much for me to consume at Chick-fil-A. However, when I take the family there I am still able to have an enjoyable time because the best Chick-fil-A employee that has ever existed works at this very location.
This employee brings joy to all he encounters. Think of the happiest thing you could experience...go on, I'll wait...this employee will make you happier. Did you think of riding a unicorn over a rainbow and prancing around Disney World? No, well my daughter does, and she still thinks this employee is better.
This employee's name is Joseph Rutherford Hawkins or Joe for short. Joe Hawkins bleeds Chick-fil-A, I saw it once, he cut his finger and a chicken sandwich popped out. He embodies the goodness of Chick-fil-A so much that when Dan Cathy goes to sleep he dreams of being Joe Hawkins.
Joe doesn't go the second mile in his service, that would be selling himself short. He goes the 100th mile. When Joe visits a farm even the chickens say "Eat mor chikin."
The cows may be sad that I won't eat mor chikin but they can rest assured that I eat no cows either. And when I'm at Chick-fil-A dipping a golden and crispy waffle fry into the yellow gold known as Chick-fil-A sauce I bask in the glory that is Joe's positivity as he brings the house down with another rousing rendition of Amazing Grace, played only as an instrumental of course (can't have any of those words!) and thank the Lord God Almighty for Chick-fil-A Oakley and Joseph...
Read moreJust had the worst experience in the world...9/30 @3pm I placed my order paid with my card and went around the drive thru line the lady asks me what's your name on the order I told her he didn't ask my name but I paid...She looks for the order for 10 mins all the cars in front of me leave I get to the window the manger David tells me you didn't pay we have no order closes the window comes back and says oh it's a glitch in our system pull up we will bring it out. I refused I said no I will not I've waited long enough I just want my food he says " ok since you won't pull up I'm just go refund you your money" then starts making everyone behind me food and having the workers bring it out as I'm still in the drive thru cars blowing.I call corporate they pull up my order and say I was charged I tell the manager David he ignores me saying no I wasn't charged and he already gave me a refund.......I'm so lost at this point and psst how can he keep lieing because he upset I didn't pull up after being accused of not paying and never placing an order.David needs to be fired how rude he was to me he basically robbed me wont give me a receipt like I asked several times he wouldn't give me anything he completely ignored me then as I drove off he yelled bye.What a loser for a manger im sure chick fil a is proud.I want a refund a apology and David needs to be fired that wasn't okay for him to treat me that way.I will look into getting further help for a action...
