Scrubs & Beyond — Attraction in Citrus Heights

What a sad sad experience here. Take your business elsewhere, they do not treat their customers well and make you feel terrible.

I bought several pairs of scrub pants and bottoms here and took them home to try on. I loved my tops, but the bottoms were either not quite right, or too short.

I had my boyfriend take them back for me today, I work as a night shift nurse, and am generally not awake during their business hours.

When I woke up this evening to ask him how it went, he was very upset. The staff were very very rude, short, and unaccomodating. They refused to exchange the item I wanted in a tall because the tag had come off (which i has replaced back in the pocket so they could have it to scan or whatever they do when making a return.) He states the whole interaction was extremely unpleasant.

Healthcare providers: take your business elsewhere. These people do not care about you having comfortable, well fitting clothing to wear at work. They won’t take items back according to their return policy if something doesn’t fit. Furthermore, they will not treat you as a customer, but rather an annoyance. I was having a horrible day due to washing all of my scrubs with a sharpie and had to get all new uniforms! I found this store online and decided to give them a try. Anna greeted me at the door and asked how she could help , I told her my story and she immediately jumped into action showing me all of the different options. We also found some amazing deals on the clearance rack. She brought me sizes and checked up on me the whole time ! Carmen rung me out and was chatting with me as if we were old friends. I left the store with some amazing deals and in a different mood ! I cannot thank Anna and Carmen enough for this experience ! I would give this place 10 stars...

I came around closing time, the worker was hovering over me, and with 10 min to close she said "We close in 5 minutes..." I've worked retail my whole life. I know that people who come in right at closing can be a pain, but I wasn't making a mess or trying on a bunch of stuff that she was going to have to put away later and stay a long time after cleaning. I was going to make a large purchase with expensive shoes and several pairs of scrubs and was just deciding on colors for one of the pairs of scrubs, I would have been done before the store was closed if she weren't in such a rush to leave.
