I used to get food from here all the time until one day I called in an ordered a veggie burrito with no lettuce. The women I spoke to on the phone let me know the price and I shortly went up there to get my food. I took the food back home and took a bite only to find that they gave me a carnitas burrito with no lettuce. I then called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was a man but I forgot his name. He told me to come back up there and we could straighten out the issue. They tried to offer to make me a new burrito but at this point my appetite was ruined so I just asked for my money back. The manager told me I could come back in when it was convenient for me and get a free burrito since they fed me meat. When I went back the manager didn’t honor his deal and pretended to not know who I was even though we had exchanged names over the phone and in person several times. When I told the manager this must happen a lot if you already forgot who I am. He told me that he deals with so many customers there’s no way he could remember any of them by face or name. Read moreThis is the typical "tacaria" Mexican place. I ordered the super nachos with carnitas and had a seat. One thing that I thought was cool was on top of the typical soft drinks that are all-you-can-drink, they also had horchata as an unlimited option as well - that's cool.
Anyway, I get my nachos and go to dig in and quickly realize, the "Super Nachos" are lacking beans 😒. I also noticed the carnitas are dried out and hard. They seemed to have been last weeks cook because they were greasy and tasted like old oil. I go back up to the counter and ask for them to remake my nachos because of the meat and also am if they missed my beans. They said that the "Super Nachos" don't come with beans and it would be extra. Who would serve nachos without beans!? After charging me almost $4 for a side of beans and a "freshly made nachos" I head back to the table and find the carnitas were no different than the last plate. I ate what I could and left with...
Read moreVery delicious Mexican food the portions were great! I had the asada taco combination plate and it was overflowing with meat enough to feel the equivalent of 4 tacos , my bf ordered the super burrito and it was so stuffed that it started to bust slightly down the middle ( we weren't complaining) we wanted to try their quesa birria as well and it was super cheesy and delicious the salsa that came with the quesa birria was a little too spicy for my taste but overall food was great. Customer service was basic , nothing really worth writing about but overall food experience. I did end up telling my coworker about this place later on so we door dashed it and it wasn't the same as in person unfortunately but still good . Would...
