The atmosphere was great for kids. It's a Great place for kids under 7 years old. Check in/out was very smooth and I was at ease knowing that a staff member would be by the door making sure my child doesn't wonder out alone or with a stranger. Nice security checks. The tables stayed dirty for the entire 2 hours we were there. I never saw the staff wipe off any of the tables. The salad bar has no lettuce. The soda machine has no ice. The employees were very friendly but understaffed. I did not venture into the bathrooms because I knew they had to be a disaster but like I said I don't know because I never went inside them. The pizza was a lot better than the last time I was here. All that being said my daughter loved the trampoline and ninja run, the games only kept her entertained for about an hour then she asked to leave. if everything was working and if they were staffed appropriately this would be a very nice place to bring your younger children. I'll bring my daughter back again. It wasn't horrible just a little dirty and the ice maker was broken. Salad bar was stocked promptly after I said something to the employees. Someone was working on the soda machine but the ice maker wasn't repaired in the 2 hours I was there. Anyway thanks for giving my daughter a good experience. I was happy except for these few things. We went on a Monday and we were the only Family in the whole place. The buffet had a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and it didn't look fresh. We were there for over an hour and the same food was at the buffet table. As far as the cleanliness of the location. I was very dissatisfied. With Only One family there you would think the staff would have time to wipe down the tables and the games. Instead the two girls on the clock stood there and talked to another girl. We ordered a large pizza and it took 35 minutes to get. Don't understand why it took so long if no one else was there. The games and the glass over the buffet looked as if they used a dirty rag to wipe them down. This location has gone down hill and the staff is unhelpful. And it seems to be very unsanitary. Look at the pictures I posted. You can see it is nasty.

It’s gotten really expensive. The packages really leave a lot to be desired. Pizza packages used to come with coins. Don’t really care for the way the cards are done. You pay for the time or the points and then you have to buy a card to put them on. The whole thing is ridiculous. There wasn’t a play place at this one (which used to be half of Chuck E Cheese) and the games are really janky. They look and play like they haven’t been well maintained. It’s just not what it used to be 😭. That being said, the staff was very pleasant.

I went here last year when they had the animatronics still, I stopped by today and they were completely gone, I'm unsure what they were replaced with. Either a trampoline thing or a dance floor. And those are cool, but I don't understand why they got rid of the animatronics. I know it's what's happening in the company and not just this location but it is extremely upsetting, especially with how important animatronics are to the history of Chuck E Cheese and such. They could have moved them or at least kept Chuck or SOMETHING. I'm neurodivergent and have a really big interest in animatronics and Jasper is my favorite character, when I noticed he and the others weren't there anymore I almost cried. Its not this location's fault, of course. When I went for my birthday last year it was great. Super nice staff, fun games and prizes, decent food, a nice atmosphere, everything. It doesn't even look like a Chuck E Cheese without the animatronics now though. I'm extremely disappointed in the company. The only one that will have animatronics in Cali coming December is about 6 hours away. I do not have the money to drive that far, or fly. This location is really nice, but due to the company's choices I will not be coming back. I suppose I am lucky to see the animatronics last year before they...

Was my sons 7th birthday party on feb. 9th, we made it fun for him and his friends but was pretty stressful for me and other parents. Adam was our party leader and was very nice although was his 1st time hosting a party and they should have had someone assisting him. I paid $385 for the middle package (12 kids) and had to ask for the balloons as they were not out and again for the souvenir cups. The kids were impatient waiting nearly 30 minutes to get the points pass so that I bought a $20 point pass to give him so that they could go play! I upgraded all pizzas to stuffed crust which was great really makes a difference but was 1pizza short they had to make. After party ended still only a couple friends left a parent asked why my son didn't get to do the ticket blaster? The Manager (Will) nor Adam could find the correct key to open the ticket blaster forever...should have just given up on that part he had much more fun playing the games. All in all he had a great time and that's what matters, we didn't let him see our frustration and know that next time it may be better and less expensive to not book the party but to host our own party there as we brought the cake and ice cream as it was NOT included...
