I just have a worst matress delivery last month. No professional inspection for check your old bed before they move. They move my mattress from second floor to first floor. until they said they found bed bug in my bed. They said cannot take old mattress out of my house and they just leave my old mattress in midle home like the pictures. I told them can you just take it to outside next to my garage for me . I understand if you can't take to your warehouse. Because you already move it almost out the door. They not care anything and just leave like that. Then they try to rushing me to sign for them delivery without set up new mattress and didn't take old mattress out from my home too. I didn't sign signature for them. because they not done their job. Me and my grandmother 81 years old have to take care that mattress byself. I called to the shop that we bought from them. The mattress shop doesn't help me fixed the situation in that time. I have a very bad situation 1 lady with 3 man delivery that try to rushing you for signs. Finally the delivery guy, they left me without my signature sign and make a process status " complete delivery " I called the TERMINIX bug company to inspection my house for bed bug after few hour. They didn't see any bed bugs just pilbug and the thing that they said a bed bugs is just "lint fibers". Because we have a red bed sheet. I went to the shop after that to the person who sale mattress for us. about we didn't have a bed bugs and need to reschedule for set up mattress. They just " only refund delivery fees" nothing else to try make you feel better. I got reschedule to delivery again on next day from the day happen. Omg!!! I went into Greenback Lane’s Mattress Firm store, I paid cash for a Cal King mattress & foundation for my granddaughter, $3000 + dollars, then I decided to get myself an adjustable foundation for another $3000 + dollars. My granddaughters bed came two days later no problem, but my adjustable foundation has yet to come. The day they were suppose to arrive with it, they did arrive but with the wrong size foundation, they had already put my old foundation in their truck to haul away, but they also took the foundation they brought too. I am stuck with no foundation for my bed & my mattress sitting on the floor, & still am while I am writing this. I spoke to a woman at Mattress Firm the next day, Monday, they didn’t call me, I had to call them, I explained the situation, you know what she said? She wanted to know why “I” had let the delivery guys leave with my old foundation! I told her I hadn’t let them do anything of the sort, they had loaded it in their truck & the last thing I was thinking of when they left was NOT my old foundation leaving with the delivery drivers, but my new foundation that wasn’t delivered, what a rude thing to say! In 2 hours they called back & told me my foundation was out of stock & I had to wait about a week to get it. So that means sleeping on my floor for another week! Well, today is day three since my delivery day was scheduled, I am not waiting another day, my body is hurting from sleeping on the floor, I am going in there & demanding a refund & going to another mattress store & getting my adjustable foundation! Mattress Firm’s customer service SUCKS! They should have offered me a better foundation because of all the trouble I have had to go through & for stealing my box springs! Read moreWe are incredibly happy with the experience we had at Sleep Train today. Carlos, our sales-person, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and overall just a funny, cool guy. He really listened to what we wanted and wasn't at all pushy. Carlos, Bryan (the manager), and a really great female associate, whose name I didn't catch, worked hard to ensure we could employ Sleep Train's price match guarantee, since we came into the store having done some previous research on the type of mattress we wanted.
I can't say I was excited to go mattress shopping when I woke up this morning, but I left Sleep Train today feeling positively thrilled that it was the first mattress store at which we stopped. We got the mattress we wanted at the perfect price and were out of there in under 30 minutes, which I didn't even think was possible.
The guys who delivered our mattress this afternoon were super nice, professional and incredibly efficient. They came within the first hour & a half of the six hour time window we were given, and happily removed our old mattress even though we live up a set of steep stairs.
If you are looking to buy a mattress in Sacramento, just don't go anywhere else but Sleep Train, Citrus Heights. This was far and away the best service we've EVER received at a mattress retailer.
