See's Candies Volume Savings — Attraction in Citrus Heights

5 stars for the candy. 0 for the experience. We patiently waited in line with about 8 others while others enjoyed the experience of samples before purchasing. No problem....that's expected; it was busy. This guy walks right up to the register and the lady cheerfully helps him out instead of letting him know he's not entitled and the line starts behind the large line of people waiting. To add insult to injury, she then says, "Yes, we'll take your money now."

We won't be recommending this location.

Edit to reply to business response:There is absolutely no way the line could be missed, it extended to the door in clear view of the counter. That is a pretty lame excuse. This place is small. They delay in service wasn't the issue. Your response solidified my decision to never recommend this place. Sad, because everyone loves See's candy. Nobody loves being disregarded for entitled...

Just had a pleasant experience at this See’s Candies location. My almost 88 year dad LOVES See’s candies. There isn’t one nearby where he lives, so we purchased a 2 lb box for him, as a Father’s Day treat…

So, nice that a free sample is still given to the patrons…Even if you’re just looking around, you’re treated with kindness there and a genuine smile…I hadn’t had lunch, so the dark chocolate covered marshmallow caramel sample was very much appreciated. 😋

Wish to specifically recognize “Hebeh” for her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service! I had a few questions about the candies. She’s quite knowledgeable and very cordial.

There were two ladies working when I came in. I was 3rd or 4th in line and they were both very friendly and bubbly with all of the customers, offering samples just like any other time I've ever been in a Sees Candies. When it was my turn I was called up by Felicia A and...crickets. Very dry and cold, no offer of a free sample. When I asked for a sample, her response was, "What do you want" No options or offering of a certain candy. Barely looked at me, no smile, one word, curt answers to my questions. She had just helped the lady in front of me, and their interaction was much different. I was the only person who looked like me there, so maybe that was the...
