DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. This jeweler is careless, lazy, and clearly has no pride in their work.

We brought my brand-new engagement ring in because the diamonds around the band were spinning — something that should NEVER happen on a properly made ring. They told us to come back in a few hours, and when we did, not only was the original issue not fixed, but NEW stones were spinning that weren’t before. Absolute incompetence.

When we confronted them, they told us to leave the ring overnight. My fiancé came back the next day at the time they promised it would be ready, only to sit around for ANOTHER hour and a half. And guess what? The ring was STILL not fixed. The stones are still moving exactly the same way. Hours wasted, no results.

And instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy work, the jeweler tried to blame ME — saying the ring should “only be worn on occasion.” Excuse me? This is an engagement ring, less than a month old. It’s supposed to be worn every day. Trying to gaslight the customer into thinking it’s their fault your work is trash is beyond unprofessional, it’s pathetic.

This shop is a complete waste of time. If you care about your jewelry, DO NOT trust these people with it. They’ll waste your time, insult you, and hand you back the same problem you...

Nor Jewelers is the best! I came in a few weeks ago to have a ring repaired. The plate of the ring came apart from the band (it's cheap silver) and it has some "stones" that turned out to just be polymer. The gentleman behind the counter explained to me that it might not be possible to repair bc it would just melt when he tried to reattach the pieces. He agreed to try the repair anyway, and was able to repair it! The fake stones did melt just as he said but I still think it's beautiful and I wear it everyday. He took the care to answer my questions and understood that this useless broken piece of jewelry was important to me. He repaired something that should have just been thrown away and for that I'm incredibly grateful. He also fixed my watch the same day. I'll always come back to Nor for anything jewelry related...
