I bought tickets for a 8pm movie from their website which lead me to fandango. We show up at 8:15 and was denied service because they stop letting people in 10,15,20 minutes after the time of the movie, or whenever they feel like it according to the rude girl up front that was speaking to me. When asked about a refund she proceeds to say “Well I don’t know I’m not fandango”. How do you guys have a policy that you can refuse service that is not mentioned anywhere and don’t even have a exchange/refund policy. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. She was extremely snarky and made me along with the person I was with extremely uncomfortable. Next day, I go to their website and the confirmation email, NOTHING about a “policy” where they can deny you service if you are late. I call and email this place to speak to a owner or manager so I’m not out $30 for no reason, but there has been no answer or return of my phone call. I show up to movie late all the time, I feel like wouldn’t that be MY problem if I miss the movie? Not according to these people. Hope to hear from them so i’m not robbed of my money, but looks like...
Read morePatronized Wonder Bar 3/10/22 before a movie. There was a blonde female who took care of us she was very pleasant and attentive she placed us in an empty room bc we had two littles and a stroller. Guy in the front not too pleasant but I guess not a big deal when you're the face of the establishment. Not sure if he's the owner but he tried to "HOLD" our boxed leftovers we barely touched and just payed for. OK I get you can't eat in the theater.. fine.. but who are you to try to hold my food hostage? He was looking at my children annoyed the whole time we were there and was actively looking for an excuse to say something to them. My daughter 1.5yo screamed in excitement "YAYY" walking to our theater . This man is so miserable he walked from behind the wall that separated us to say something to the extent of "other people are watching the movie can you be quite". Because of him I would not go back to either...

It's a small room with a small screen, poor acoustics, and the only good row is the first row, because the floor actually gets lower as you go further back, meaning the screen is obstructed by peoples heads. And no, even if its a "big" movie, it doesnt mean you wont get room 3. Room 3 is incredibly bad. The best way to improve it is just get better speakers and completely redo the seats so that views arent blocked from the back.
Nothing is worth watching in that room. Just feels like you paid money to sit in someones living room. It completely ruins the movie watching experience, even for good films. I wrote this review after getting burned twice on this room.
Room 1 and 2 are normal theaters and...
