First let me start out saying the hall itself is decent its nice for small gatherings
HOWEVER I held a wedding here July 17th of 2015 the manager I worked with at first her name was Amy she showed me around the hall and she was extremely helpful and polite. so I'm thinking yay i found this awesome place to hold the biggest event of my life!
WRONG!!!!! there is a new manager her name is Karen she is the rudest woman I've ever met in my life
I came into the hall a week or so before my wedding to look around and i noticed broken glass in the back of the hall from a broken mirror and there was stains all over the carpet aslo on top of that in the kitchen where there is a TINY stove and fridge the stove was being held together by DUCT TAPE!!!!!!
I emailed Karen explaining what I seen and her reply was ...ok thanks for the update!!! NOW i find that extremely RUDE
the night before my wedding nobody showed us how to shut off any lights or operate ANYTHING including mic. or ANYTHING so we had to dim the lights when we left and waited the next day to figure out the mic. the utility worker had to help us also by the way VERY RUDE (as he is her husband or something)
also the podium that they "include" was SOOOOOOO out of date and by that i mean it looked HORRIFIC so my minister had to use a music sheet holder can we say GHETTO?!
then to top it off Karen was trying to tell me there was glitter left of the floor the bathrooms where a mess and that the lights where left on and she was trying to keep my $150.00 deposit and give me only $25.00 back
then i had to fight with her for about a week because she wouldn't answer my calls or emails as i didn't have glitter at the wedding and i checked all bathrooms before we left AND duh the lights aren't off if nobody showed me how!!???!! so since she wouldn't answer me i had to contact the Director of the hall and he ASLO wouldn't contact me back so i had to basically harass mrs Karen to get my money back I'm finally NOW just getting my money back a MONTH later
MY ADVICE DOO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT HOST ANY EVENTS HERE terrible people running it and there is SO MANY things wrong with this place ...never again will I spend a dime here i dont know about you but when hosting a even the last thing you need is to go through hell with the manager of the place your renting especially to collect you damage deposit back when you didn't...
Read moreBeen here for a few venues, very nice somewhat rustic place to enjoy smaller events. We have been at Fisher Hall for a small conference and a wedding. The wood floors creak a bit beneath your feet and it is kind of an atmosphere that echoes. They have a stage and the acoustics are nice for instruments. I would say it's great for 50-75 people...
Read moreWe have attended the stand-up comedy series at this theater a number of times. BYOB, reasonably priced tickets, and everyone laughs. This is a historic location in Frankenmuth and a great venue for a small (probably less than 100) crowd. If you buy VIP tickets to the comedy show, you get a pre-show backstage pass to meet the...
