Frankenmuth Taffy Kitchen — Local services in City of Frankenmuth

I ordered the holiday package after carefully reading the flavors advertised. None of them said mint. I was very careful to read this because I have a severe mint allergy. Mint items arrived in my taffy. Don't ship items you didn't advertise as included. Only ship what you say is in the package. Now I am worried to order from them ever again because I can't trust that they will send what is ordered and paid for, and I've lost out on my money and my treat. So...

I chose to do the “pick your own” small bag for $8.99 (crazy!!) some of the pieces had a weird texture, not taffy at all. (No pull, not chewy, more like mushy/crumbly ) maybe they are old? Or made wrong? Not sure. (The cream/brown swirl, green/pink swirl possibly watermelon and the pink/white swirl one, all bad) The pieces are also small, some of the papers they are wrapped in had tears in them that i didn’t see until I got home with them. I Won’t buy taffy...

Your taffy is always a must to buy, when we come to Frankenmuth. We purchased a box of taffy on 3/18/19. Only way to describe this taffy was “stale and hard as a rock.” What happened ? If your sales were low then someone should be checking them. Shame on you for selling so old and hard taffy. By the way we purchased eleven flavors and none...
