The other night my phone just totally blacked out for no reason whatsoever. After a mild freakout panic, I went to bed & woke up in the morning on a mission to get my phone repaired. After going to a few other places, I was recommended to go to gadget repair pro Best. Advice. Of. The. Day.
The staff was super helpful, informative, & patient with me. He explained to me the step by step process with his plan to try to fix my phone & sent me update emails. Unfortunately, when it was determined that my phone would take longer to repair, he again explained to me my options (taking time & money into account). He even provided me with a loaner phone!
We decided on a plan together and followed through on his word with keeping me posted with all developments & updates throughout the week. And after giving me all my options, he still provided me time to think through my options without promising them any business at the end of it.
Plus, the prices are very competitive. But it is really the customer service that sold me to be a loyal patron of this place and that was 100% the managements doing. They got it down.
I highly recommend this spot for phone, computer, and whatever else they repair. Call gadget repair pro and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dropped my iPhone SE 3 and the screen went black. I was able to backup my phone onto my computer and get calls which suggested it was operating ok but just needed a new screen. I called Apple Support they told me that to mail it in and get it fixed it would be over $330 and I would likely be without my phone for 9+ days. I stopped by Best Buy and they wouldnāt even look at it and said they would mail it to Apple. I brought it to Gadget Repair Pro on a Saturday morning and they immediately started looking at it. Said they thought it was also just the screen, quoted me $130+tax for a new screen and labor and thatās what I ended up paying. Once they were sure it was the screen they told me to come back in 2 hours to pick it up and it was ready on time. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. A rarity in most places these days. I will not hesitate to go back and have already recommended them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI brought in my Samsung Galaxy III with a broken screen after bringing it to Verizon and being told they wouldn't be able to retrieve any of my pictures or texts. My only option at Verizon would have been to upgrade, which would have been fine, except that it involved them trying to sell me an upgrade on my entire wireless plan (no thanks). The Gadget Repair Pro guys were super friendly and helpful. They explained in clear terms what they were going to do and how much it would cost. No back room negotiations, no hidden costs. They ordered a new phone and swapped out the board for $25. Altogether I paid around $140 and it took a few days for the phone to ship, but it was worth it to me to not have to deal with the hassle at Verizon and to be able to get back my photos, contacts, apps and texts. If you want to keep your money local and be treated like a real human being, go to Gadget...
