The store in Pelham is a joke. The owner uses the worst techniques to avoid you from getting a deal.A coincidence happens once in a while not every day.I can tell how many times for one reason or another people are denied.Mainly sale items are not in stock or never appeared.Rain checks the same thing. If you get a rain check for for example 5 pizzas. You go back and they only have 1 pizza they take the rain check and sell you 1 for the sale price! What about the other 4? The location of item prices are never for the sale items a coincidence or deliberately put in the wrong spot and coincidence. How about a sale on something and there are boxes of unpacked items stacked up in front of what you looking for coincidence? STOP IT.Me and my friends now shop somewhere else.Stop and shop.I live in Pelham and rather shop where a coincidence is not a everyday thing. You are a smart business man but giving the people what they deserve is not the way you do it.Thats why me and my friends will avoid your store.Im just really amazed how far you have come with your stores and how you continue with a smiling face Coincidence or what?...

If the owner would like to reach out to me directly to discuss this experience, please provide an email address in response to this review. Otherwise, I’ll take my business elsewhere and stick to Instacart—at least there, customer service takes...
