The Little Ranch Boots — Attraction in City of New Rochelle

Waited outside the store for over an hour past opening for the store to open and had to call the number on the door and wait for someone to come down. Bought a pair of boots from them and was told if there were any issues with the boots they’d replace/take care of it. 2 months later the soles split on both boots. I called the store and was told to come in and they would replace the boot for me (called twice to be certain they would. The drive there’s over an hour) show up with the boots they tell me they can’t replace them , can send pics to the maker, leave the boots there and they’ll let me know if the maker will cover them and it’ll be about two weeks. When I spoke with the employees/owner at the store and told them I was unhappy with them not honoring their word and replacing the defective product as they said they would, they offered me $40 towards a boot repair and wasting my time. Bought a gorgeous pair of classic plain basic boots #359940. No tag in store but was TOLD $250 in store (which was odd because there were way more intricate boots for the same price in store). On their site it was listed as $180. So I was up charged over $100 and when I called kindly and respectfully with full evidence and time stamps asking for a PARTIAL refund I was dismissed and told they would call me back. Never called back and then they changed the price on the site. I saved all screenshots of before and after price with time stamps, So I filed a claim with my bank for full investigation and refund, and I am leaving this review because I am extremely disappointed by this small business that I wanted so...

My first attempt going to location wasn’t great, I also experienced a closed location and had no access after driving 30mins; I would suggest calling any day you plan to go to verify hours as it is a local mom and pop business.

However, upon returning two days later, I was greeted kindly, apologized to for the unexpected mid day closure and was walked through each of the hats I was interested in. They assisted with sizing , price differences and accurate fitment for each style.
