Enchanted Flowers — Local services in City of New Rochelle

Changed to 3 star because Frank called and I know they really care about the customer (though my experience / what happened nevertheless still happened). Overall disappointed.

Operations seem in disarray and not technologically up to date. I ordered a plant arrangement on Friday 5/6 for delivery to my mom, also in New Rochelle, for Mothers Day 5/8. On Sunday I had called early in the afternoon and was reassured that the delivery would happen - though there seemed no way of them even knowing which driver had the goods and when they would be delivered. I called again at 5PM and Laurie attempted to dismiss my concern again until I voiced how upset I was... and then was told that Frank would put together the arrangement (again?) and personally deliver it very shortly. The gift made it to my mom at 6:30PM (1.5 hours later) and was delivered by Angel (if I recall correctly) and not Frank. Very late. Basically at end of day - a real downer.

In a nutshell, Frank & John were very personable and seem to try hard and want to please. Seems like their operations need help and updating. Unless their delivery operations are overhauled, I'd stay away during busy times and/or if delivery timing is an issue. I didn't see the product, though mom liked it so I...

Enchanted Flowers are incredible! During planning, I was on the fence in regards to even having flowers decor wise at my wedding. Then Enchanted reached out via our venue. Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with. He's straightforward, informative, funny, and works with you to bring a vision to life. I was not sure what I wanted, and Frank came up with a centerpiece and bouquet arrangement that was simple but elegant. What I appreciated the most was that they do not pressure to select them as your florist, nor do they try to upsell you if you do. Their beautiful work speaks for itself. All I can say is how overwhelmingly pleased I was by all the floral arrangements they created for my father's recent memorial service. At the funeral home, it was evident which pieces came from Enchanted Flower Boutique and which did not - each and every one was so spectacular. The wreath, heart and basket were just outstandingly beautiful. There was even a very custom piece made - a camera (as my dad was a photographer) - that was just incredible!
