I've wasted weeks texting back and forth, and I even went into his "store" (which is really just his house) to talk to him directly. He told me that he would order a part and charge me $65 to fix the charging port on my Android phone. Great. We made an appointment. Then he told me the morning about 30 minutes before our appointment, that he didn't have the part yet. So I checked back later in the week, still no part. Each time I message him he doesn't answer. Finally tonight I told him there was no way I would even consider leaving my personal device with all my personal information in his possession after conducting business like this. Magically he had an emergency that miraculously subsided at the precise moment that I messaged him this, at which point he finally responded with an offer to replace the part for free. As if I would trust this man with my cell phone at this point.

Fabian, the owner who runs Computer Tech does repairs on Tablets, Computers, iPhone repairs and phone unlocking. He is pleasant, gentle, soft-spoken and fast.
Less than an hour, he could tell me the problem with my Tablet, recalibrated it and recommended that I could use a Bluetooth keyboard, searched several companies where I could make my purchase at a reasonable price.
He saved me from going crazy as no one else seemed to have parts for my Microsoft Surface Pro 4 12.3 as they were recalled by Microsoft.
