Do not go here. This place needs to shut down and be investigated. I wish I could give them zero stars. Management is terrible. The nail technicians are different levels of training ranging from no training to good technique. Also, they do not all speak English so they do not know what you want even after someone else translates.

I'm not returning. I've gone here a few times throughout 2023 because the location was convenient. The device provided is always inconsistent. I've had two situations that were good and the individual techs were decent and nice. Other times, they are rushing me or hurting me. However, after the disaster in the last week of December 2023, I will never return.

I have always had healthy long nails and I received compliments for my nails painted or nude. So I came in with health gel polish on my nails. I came in wanting a red glitter gel polish. They did not have the one I wanted. The technician grabbed the wrong color. So I told her to just clean up the old gel polish off.

She ripped the gel off my nail beds with her sharp tool. She caused my nails to break, bruise and my nail beds to bleed. This was the most horrible situation I've ever had in a salon. Never have my nails been treated like that. When I told her she was hurting me she didn't seem to understand. I asked for the machine buffer instead of the sharp tools she used to scrape me and she seemed to not know what it was. The technician next to her told her what I said and she used it then. She was more focused on a conversation with three other technicians next to her. I asked if she had a stone buffer, which they have had before, Ive had it before here and others too but the manager said they don't use it.

In the end, I paid for the "cleaning" over $20 dollars and then wanted a tip. I gave about $2 and I shouldn't have even given that at all. I paid up, because I'm not about to argue with these unprofessional individuals and business or "steal service". I'm taking my business elsewhere when I'm healed and never returning to this business. Please do not go here!

This is what happened after the visit. My nails were horribly damaged. One of my nails was split in half from the center of the tip from all the physical trauma the technician placed on my nail. It's been about 1.5 months since my visit and my nails are finally starting to regrow this week and the split nail is healing slowly. Avoid this situation, do not go here!

Take your business and your money elsewhere! This business is shameful! Not all the technicians are the same. And this should not be continued or allowed to happen. Don't go here!

I was scared I would lose my nails due to this situation. I've been filing my nails/not cutting, not used any nail polish, and used oils this week like OPI repair mode, cnd rescue, and ind to try to rescue my nails and it seems to be working. Since using the oils, I've noticed faster recovery of the nails. But I shouldn't have had to buy those oils or wait over a month for my nails to recover. I've spent 100s trying to return my nails to what they used to be. I've been watching The Salon Life on YouTube to try to help me save my nails.

Customer service at this salon has gone to hell.. Especially from one of the ones that use to be the best Ms. Ivy. At first I took her slick comments as a language barrier but I realized she is just flat out disrespectful and rude. I had been requesting services from her most of 2024. I always get the same services spa pedicure and nail service. I also think that I tip pretty decent each time. We never talk much but she always looking around and seems annoyed so this particular day I tried to make conversation with her. This is when she let me know she didn’t like that I request her for my service by telling me everyone in the salon does great work and I can go to anyone. This was the last time Ms Ivy did a service for me because I stopped requesting her. I went to the salon to get the same service by a different tech afterwards and it looked horrible. On yesterday I went to the salon to get a pedicure. The manager gave me a tech i wasn’t familiar with and i requested a spa pedicure . The treatment is my usual and I’m very familiar with the process. I felt like she was not doing my pedicure the way it was supposed to be done. I saw Ivy and asked if she can help her and just hunched her shoulders at me waved her hand like l don’t care and walked to the back. Ivy really hurt my feelings, I am not sure why she treated me this way. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came. My nail tech ended up doing my pedicure right but my paint job looks horrible. I pray that that the women in this salon find peace in all that they are going through. I was a faithful client and I tip well even when the services were not all that great. You guys should be a little more appreciative and grateful to the community that gives...

i’ve gone here quite a few times and i’ve never had a problem with them. but recently when i went here with my mom and her friend to get a full set, i had asked the lady that was doing my nails if my moms friend could sit next to me. three workers had said no. even though all the past times i went here they always let my mother sit next to me. one of the workers (that weren’t even doing my nails) had the audacity to ask my moms friend why she had to sit next to me. my mom had a few words with the nail techs and shortly after she went to go shopping. after my mom left, the nail tech that was working on my nails looked over to the guy sitting next to her and said something. they looked at me and laughed. then she got a phone call on her cell and she was talking to someone while she was doing my nails. i told her i had to use the restroom and they said that their restroom was out of order. they told me to go around the corner to the bathroom. i stood up, and the lady working on my nails told me to leave my purse there. i didn’t like that but i did it anyway. my mom came back and she saw that i was gone, so she grabbed my purse and went to find me. when we got back to the salon, she had quite a few words to say to the people there. my mom asked the nail tech that was doing my nails if she would have made another woman leave her purse there and she said “no”. i told my mom that i wanted to leave and so she asked how much it was for my nails that were halfway done. they said to just leave. my mom was about to say something but a worker said “you don’t have to say anything else just go” and shewed us away with her hand. they were very distasteful, rude, and disrespectful. i will definitely not...
