Collector Cave — Attraction in City of Yonkers

See this hole in a wall spot in ridge hill with limited selection cause its clearly a new spot. I go in to look around and see whats up. I see a shelf with a total of 15 manga and i asked if they were gonna be getting more. The guy at the counter who seemed too busy doing pack openings or whatever answered saying something along the lines of no i gotta find a distributor. So i ask “you plan on expanding?” He answers with the most sarcastic “if i can find a distributorrrrrr” ive ever heard. Bottom line as a potential new customer i am definitely not a new customer and will never be.

Update: owner seems confused that the first response they gave was normal and the second was full of sass. You can see it all throughout the owner response with the passive aggressive “we definitely remember you” and “sorry if you misinterpreted”. I went to check this place out in the Yonkers location on 2 separate occasions during their stated business hours and both times they were closed. The first time it was about 6pm and they were stated to close at 8pm, but it was just completely closed. The second time it was 7:25pm when they were stated to close at 8pm. That time the door was locked with a man inside and there was a sign on the door that said “closing today at 7:30”. When I attempted to open the door, the man told me through the closed door they were closing at 7:30. When I told him it’s not 7:30 yet, he asked me if I were going to buy something, suggesting that I would only be let in if I would buy something. I’ve been excited to check this place out, but I’m turned off by the lack of care in management and consideration for the customer. I have spent over 200 dollars+ on comics alone. I used to come here every week to get my comics that I had preordered over a period of 6 months with the owner Steve who was the one that recommended to PREORDER comics so I don’t have to deal with not having any comics or missing out on comics. Lo and behold I’m sure most you can guess what good old buddy Steve has done. Multiple times he has messed up my order and not given me any type of accommodation for their mistakes that would then cause me triple of quadruple the original price of the comic. All in all this place is a SCAM they will take your preorder money to then resell it for a ridiculous price. Example I buy a comic for $4 they will resell the comic that was meant for me to a new customer for $30.
