Fortunoff Backyard Store — Attraction in City of Yonkers

I am so happy with the staff who helped me I didn’t get the women’s name but she was very helpful. I ended up leaving to check a few other stores out but I was just so stuck on this 1 Christmas tree. She gladly placed my order and told me my tree would arrive Dec. 4th but so luckily my tree arrived Nov. 27th!🥰🥰 my mom had always shopped at Fortunoff but I have never even been inside , this was my first day and I’m super happy with my purchase ! This is my first tree for my son & I and I’m so happy how full and beautiful my tree looks !!!!😭 I really feel so happy to have gotten this tree and I honestly even feel like it’s a little bigger than what I saw in stores lol! Thank you so much for an easy pick up , bringing my tree to the car & also ringing up the tons of cute ornaments I found😫🥰. Btw the tree is super light !!! I have to start off by saying that Micha, our SalesWoman was amazing! She was so patient with us. There were soo many tables and chairs and mix and match options that could potentially fit any budget and I didn’t know that. She checked availability on every table and chair that would fit our preference and never once was pushy, insistent, or impatient. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted within our budget and we didn’t think that was possible with Fortunoff being pretty high end. Can’t wait to receive our set!! The manager however, all he did was yell at another employee. And I mean Scream. I almost walked out because he was rude to me and nasty. But I didn’t want Micha to lose out on her commission when she worked so hard for it! I was looking for a settee, two arm chairs, and a coffee table for my deck. The location is fine, the sales reps were fine, the store layout was fine and the selections were fine. However I was disappointed because the prices are just, in my opinion, unreasonable. I understand the pendemic has risen costs of all types. However a new deck set is not a necessity. There's a sign on the window of the store which reads you have "48 months to pay off a patio set" that should have been red flag for me. I actually found a really nice patio set for a very reasonable price and good quality at Home Depot. By the way they already have the prices "marked down" so there's no room...
