Update- August 2025 Christina and Dr. Christopher were 5 stars as expected. Thanks.
Down to 4 stars. Intake was slow as error caused a 10 minute delay. Some staff were not as professional, possibly need to have a break room out of patient view if not working. Down 1 star.
Long waits between portions of Medicare wellness visit. Down 1 star.
Trouble with getting blood, but no one's fault. Still 5 star.
Previous July 2025 was 5 star! It takes a lot for me to change doctors.... I have used FastMed Urgent care in the past (3 stars 2021-2022) but had not tried Primary Care due to insurance. I am now on Medicare and a supplemental insurance. I have been having low blood pressure so stopped one of my meds. There were some portal issues with my previous care choice trying to make an appointment and no immediate availability. So, today I gave the FastMed care team a try. Adrianna, Kayleigh and Dr. Christopher Hewitt made my visit the best ever. Very friendly staff. Dr. Hewitt and Kayleigh were extremely professional and I felt respected and heard. Adrianna began with a happy welcome smile. Kayleigh understood my issues with needed changes in meds. Plus, she did the bloodwork seamlessly and painlessly...not 1 drop lost.... so sweet too! Dr. Hewitt listened and concurred with the lower med issue and had me do some physical challenges with my arm pain issue. I will be back for some dermatological and wellness visits and I received a referral to an orthopedic office for my continued upper arm pain. I look forward to using this practice as my primary care choice, highly recommend - earned 5 stars. Thank you so much. (BP when I came home and rested a few minutes came back to my NEW NORMAL 115 to 72). See you soon as I can make an appointment in Aug. or...
Read moreChris Hewitt and Christine (his medical assistant) are both great, so that’s why this place get five stars. If I could rate the front desk, I would give it one star. The lady at the front desk, who needs a dye job, mis-scheduled me and then tried to blame me for coming in on the wrong day. Funny thing is, she actually told me the time I called in at 10:34am that day and I texted my husband, immediately after hanging up with them, at 10:35am, to let him know what time my appointment was the next day. So I have the specific text, proving she messed up—not me. I am angry with her bc I arranged to come in without my kids, bc as a mom of two, it’s hard to lug a baby and toddler around. It’s a big event just to get them ready and take them out anywhere—especially if they are crabby. She said, “Well, you can bring your kids”, but that’s not the point. The fact that we had that conversation, just the day before (not even days before), and then that she scheduled me for Friday at 11:30am instead of Thursday, and then looked me dead in the eye and said they couldn’t take me the day I was scheduled for, and that it wasn’t her fault bc she talks to so many people a day. She totally messed up and wouldn’t admit it. It’s infuriating. I may be recording all calls from here on out, so she doesn’t screw me over again. Definitely recommend anyone calling to schedule something, to get a written confirmation...
Read moreI want to take the time to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I recently received at your facility. My visit was made possible by the excellent efforts of your staff, particularly Christine, who provided me with personalized attention and support. Her patience and explanation of my blood pressure concerns were very reassuring and helped me feel more in control of my health. Additionally, I appreciated the thorough briefing provided by Christine, which prepared me well for my follow up with Dr. Christopher. Dr. Christopher’s calm and patient demeanor further alleviated my concerns, and he clearly explained my treatment plan and medication regimen. I felt the facility feeling more confident and motivated to manage my high blood pressure. I truly feel fortunate to have received such compassionate and professional...
